Respectfully, there are procedures to check if you are allergic to gluten or not. Celiac disease is a serious condition and should be treated by professionals! My opinion is that it should be pointed out (considering how many people are watching you) that it is very important that you talk to a doctor if you "think that you are allergic to gluten" rather than just go online, find some popular diet and implement it.

I've been eating keto for years and it really isn't difficult, it requires the right mindset yes, but once you get in the habit, it's really not that hard. Eating keto means you rarely feel hungry as carbs drive hunger. The issue is NOT just too much food, but too much of the WRONG foods ... not all calories are equal.

And not everyone doing Keto is really doing Keto. Keto means ZERO carbs. If you do like me and my wife and allow yourself a low carb count, say 20 (which is normal, more than 30ish isn't going to work as well) then your on a low carb diet. Keto was a way of stopping seizures though diet and it requires zero carbs. Everything else is low carb. You still watch your ketones, you're just allowed to have some carbs.

Most of the best energy for the human body is invisible floating in the air outside. You have to go get it. Place is like the woods or the beach where the water crashes on the rocks. Breathe deep.

No. There are just more challenges. It's just ever more important at a time like this to train your mind to eat healthier, exercise decently, and rest longer.

I tried Keto,IF but after both i gained weight well during IF after 4 month i gain weight ! But i tried last year 4-5 days a week cardio at morning and some days gym in afternoon after work,i lost 5 kg during 3 month but i didn't gain back that fat! Plus build muscles ! I don't touch any other diet anymore because my brain is crazy to consume calories and fat after! Just steady exercise works

Up your step count. 10k a day minimum. Just eat less than you burn and be in a calorie deficit. I've dropped 4 stone over a year or so and I've got literally zero food and drink discipline. It's really that simple be in a calorie deficit

How disingenuous! Even Yeo says that too much meat is not healthy but does not mention that most Americans eat too much meat. Instead he says your brain doesn't want you to lose weight. Then he says plant based diets are for the privileged as if eating plant based is more expensive. It's not. Not to mention that the federal government spends 38 billion dollars every year subsidizing the meat and dairy industry. So your tax dollars are going to the industries that are making you fat and unhealthy. This is how meat, dairy and the pharmaceutical companies try to keep you believing your diet and weight are not a problem. Get a fluffy poindexter to tell you it's all good man.

@@zipinha You're misunderstanding my point. I listened to the veganism section of the complete interview and I take issue to his outlook that plant based eating is so tricky to implement and that it is for the privileged. At the same time he says we need to eat less meat and that there is a safe level but does not indicate what that level would be. By speaking of eating plant based in a flippant way he is undermining the most viable solution to obesity and health not to mention climate change and the ethical treatment of animals. That’s the problem with half of society, they run off feelings instead of logic.
