I can't believe my eyes, my legs are getting straighter on a daily, it's been one month now and I can't believe what I'm seeing. I never believe my bow legs could get straight, thank you so much sir for sharing this content on UA-cam. I really appreciate 🙏🙏

Thank you very much for posting this. I never noticed, but I have a small amount of bow leg. (I'm 54) I started playing hockey recently and noticed that my skates tend to point out a bit as a result. Also my wife noticed that my sons legs are bowing. I just went through this and I really think this will help with skating as well as minor corrections in posture/bow leg.
Even if this doesn't fix the bow legs I do believe it will help with hockey skating; I'm also going to look into including this in our hockey practices as part of a warmup/stretching.
You are a good person and I really appreciate you posting this - also the explanation in the beginning was very useful.

My problem is mentioned as level 2 in this video.
I think i understand the purpose of the exercise, especially the heel lift part. This is related to hyperpronated feet (look up for this and you will understand further).
Thank you for sharing this exercise. I still have other problems. Some i have successfully solved (or at least not as bad as it used to be) by strengthening my core. Now left with bowed leg, forward head posture, and lateral pelvic tilt (this prolly bcs i have mild scoliosis).

I have mild bow legs especially on right leg but I can't detect the direction of rotation of femur and knees if there is any at all.
did it help to fix that? becuase western doctors say it cant be corrected. they execrises won't help to correct and fix it. and there is a need in sergury
Definitely Case 2 scenario but only one leg, right one. I even had a strange habit while I'm sitting to bend that leg and put in under my glutes, that was so comfy for me 'cause I don't like sitting. Don't know if you have some advices, videos about gonarthrosis, well that's happening to me, and I simply can't give up on physical activity it's keeping me in good emotional state "Mens sana in corpore sano." as Latins nicely said it. Thank you in advance on your answers. 🙏

Doc, when I am doing this exercice and i go down, on the area of my left scapula. I feel a pain like a sting. like a nerve that wants to come out of the skin. I don’t understand doc, what is it ? And thanks a lot

First day and I'm already noticing progress. Before the exercise, I lifted both my legs up while lying flat on the ground and faced some difficulties. After almost half an hour trying to get the perfect stance for the exercise,(making sure I feel it where I should: In the hip bones and knee. Sometimes in the ankles) I felt less tension when doing the previous exercise. I have hope that this will work.

Hello Doc, is that possible that both legs are 2 centimetres longer after the daily stretch? (I got very tight hip and short upper thigh - it seems to be the case). But definitely will give it a try!

I think it'll take u a year to see a complete difference since the problem relate to bone n ya... i think so. Have u tried his exercise?
Don't we need to massage hips etc or side muscles of thigh if their is pain or strain there..muscles Cud be weak..chronically

So i have bowed legs is pretty noticeable im still 17 my question is if i get this straightened will i grow a little in a height and how much u reckon on average my legs are definitely more deformed than the ones in the video.

I was 5.5 but after doing this exercise I become 5.7
