Thanks so much! It does not have that safety feature so it can fall off. I’ve almost dropped it a few times. But I had to learn to be easy when taking my hand off the handle. Fas as the clearance that’s not an issue at all.

I was interested in how the HDMI coiled cable works withe gimbal in motion once the cable is plugged into the side of the camera. Does it get in the way?
cant you do the same control thing with the ronin app on your phone and the video image transmitter? why is this better? just that the buttons and joystick are easier than touch screen controls?
Yeah you can do it from your phone. Yes the control feel better. But i ended up sending this one back because i couldn’t tune the joystick. So, i got the tilta one like I had for my RS2
Hello! Have you had any issues calibrating the joystick? I've tried calibrating the joystick multiple times but it keeps giving me an error and i'm not sure if i'm supposed to calibrate it a certain way.
Just got mine couple days ago as well. Worked fine for few minutes, but somehow I put it in 'locked' mode and now the joystick on the handgrip no longer works, it gives an 'error' icon and also shows it's in locked mode. The trigger button still works though. I'm guess the joystick isn't working due to it being in 'locked' mode? So how do I unlock it? Any ideas? I followed the steps from the instructions that came with it, but those didn't work. The led is blue and it is transmitting & receiving signal to the gimbal fine. Thoughts? Thanks.

Just fix your gimbal to your trunk and drive with trunk open, have your phone (which you put in the center consoler) and simply have the remote in one of your hand to be a ONE MAN crew and film some insane rolling shots. Hello, is it possible to invert the joystick? When the RS 3 pro weighs on the crane the opposite way. The joystick direction is different

I would go with the tilta, if you want to have the same controls as the main handle. I like it so much better

I think you have to make sure Bluetooth is on inside the A7iv.

It doesn’t get in the way, but to be honest i didn’t like it so i got a thin cable.
