- We go to Antunes Beach in Maragogi to see the craziest color of water we've ever seen in this country or anywhere in the world. The water in Maragogi and specifically at Antunes Beach is a clear light blue that we really don't see anywhere else. Brazilian beaches are some of the best in the world. After sending the drone up to see Praia Antunes, we get an invite to have a meal with a Brazilian family. We go to their house and share food with some locals. That family seemed like really nice people,its pretty common to invite people to their barbecue after meeting them,it is even more common when everyone is on vacation. Im pretty sure many people subscribed to your videos would love to host you guys at their own homes.People from the northeast are indeed the friendliest you can find so you guys are in good hands.

It was a special one
In many cities in Brazil it is common for people to receive visitors offering homemade meals. With my fellow countrymen, if I visit 10 homes, I will have to eat 10 meals, as they will be upset if I don't eat at their house.
I think Brazil's beaches are so far ones of the best in the world, particulary this one! Congrats and tks for you to share yours experiences!

Now That's What I call hospitality! And that beach is absolutely spectacular! The colour of the water reminds me of the island nation of Maldives in the Indian ocean. It's really breathtaking.
Esse garoto me fez lembrar quando me hospedei numa pousada simples em Maceió e me trataram como um rei, todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis comigo e estavam sempre a disposição pra me ajudar mesmo sem eu pedir, coisa muito rara pra quem.se hospeda sozinho. A simpatia do povo alagoano faz toda a diferença.
O Povo nordestino e muito acolhedor e legal. Porem, assim como o casal, tive experiencias ruins em Salvador...

When you guys entered the house, the lady said: "there is beer as well". I think they were expecting you guys to drink with them, laugh and have fun talking funny things before and after the lunch, because that's what most Brazilians like. But I understand that wouldn't be possible because of the language though. LoL
I am Brazilian/ Japanese currently living in the USA and the things i miss the most about Brazil are the hospitality and the fact that people are very friendly , have a great sense of humor and always ready to help others. we don't see that much of this here in the US ( my personal experience). My husband is American and he dreams about moving back to Brazil. We love watching your videos! Keep up the good work.

The guy was so cute bringing the Doce de Maracuja for you guys,we are so proud of our food and love when people love it .We are also culturally inclined to feed our guests as much as we can.If you come to my family's house there will be plenty of food !
As for the maracuja on a jar ,we use it to spread on bread or cream crackers as well.You must try our Doce de Leite,its as good as the Argentinian one and you can spread on anything.
I didn't even know that in Brazil we had beaches with waters as beautiful as the Caribbean.

I’m from Alagoas and my parents would always invite people over to eat or even to stay the night, I never thought a lot of it until i became a grownup living in the US. Now I appreciate my culture even more, and I’m so glad you guys got to experience that.

the water looks very similar to that in my region - the Caribbean. The greenery in the back-drop of the water is super green and nice. So cool to meet a local who welcomed you into their home...awesome. 14:26 this is very typical when eating the soft jelly inside the coco-nut in the Caribbean.

Eu adorei as imagens e já estava esperando a hospitalidade dos brasileiros que não deixam passar um casal como vocês que divulgam as nossas praias. Deviam ser pagos pelo Ministério do Turismo por estarem fazendo isso!

A atitude foi ótima e não era de se esperar diferente dos brasileiros. Acho que só não aconteceu mais cedo por causa da barreira do idioma e talvez porque eles mesmos estivessem se impondo um maior distanciamento das pessoas pela sua própria cultura e ainda mais pela epidemia. Quanto à sugestão de ser pago pelo ministério do turismo, se foi de forma figurativa valeu por ressaltar a importância do gesto, mas se foi literal é lamentável porque só demonstra a relação umbilical do brasileiro com o estado. Temos que fazer o que é certo independentemente de governos. Só assim vamos evoluir como nação. Nos EUA é muito comum, por exemplo, idosos serem voluntários em museus e outras atrações turísticas.

About Maragogi all I can is that I’m mind blown by its beauty and as a brazilian born, raised and who lived most of my life in there I know basically nothing of the diverse beauty from me loved country. Actually it would easily take at least few years traveling to see it all. That beach is the type of place you regret forever not having a snorkel, trust me. I’ve already been to places where a long time ago where so far I never got to be back and I still wish snorkeled while in there 😫

Beautiful beach and awesome images. Brazilians are hospitable and friendly like that, it's a very normal thing to do to invite people over for meals and hang out, I know the language barrier gets in the way sometimes but you can make a lot of friends here easily. Have fun guys.

You could have taken a boat and headed 2 km away from the coast to see the bluest water... there are many natural pools where you can relax and swim with little fish. It's the most beautiful beach I've ever been to.

E só pra acrescentar: eu disse sobre uma imagem negativo do brasileiro, pois apesar de lá fora terem uma visão de que o brasileiro é alegre e hospitaleiro, existe também uma imagem de um povo que gosta de levar vantagem e etc...
É o segundo vídeo deles que eu vejo a hospitalidade brasileira escancarada. No primeiro um local viu eles se esturricando no sol, numa estrada litorânea, daí ofereceu carona pra eles. No final ela quis pagar em dinheiro pela gentileza e o cara recusou. Saiu até correndo do dinheiro.

Wow - gorgeous place -- it proves how big this world is and how beautiful nature is - away from big cities, bit problems, viruses, politics, and so forth. You guys are living life in a time where many people don´t realize there is one... Gorgeous footage with the drone... Now you understand why they don´t have a lot of tourist information out there - can you imagine buses of tourists arriving. resorts being built around, souvenir shops, in a matter of years all this would be gone... Let it be a hidden secret of Alagoas...
not id they have some clear rules... In Fernando de Noronha, there some institutions that take care of the ecological sanctuary. The only problem is that they charge you for everything.... =(

The marriage age in Brazil varies too, but I feel couples in the south and southeast tend to marry later, in their late 20s but as you go north it tends be sooner. This has to do with the level of education, as there's more people with college degrees in the south and southeast, so people tend to marry after they graduate and get a job good enough to support them, as life cost tends to be higher.

if you allow me to make a suggestion.
when visiting Antunes beach and other maragogi beaches I suggest the couple take a boat trip to the natural pools or else if the tide allows you to walk a little but away from the beach the water is much more crystal clear as you can see filming with the drone this and my suggestion.
