There is probably less than 3 kg difference between those two bikes, how can one be the perfect choice and the other “a bit of a lump”? Not meaning to sound negative, I’m genuinely curious as when I did a test of several full and mid power e bikes at a Leisure Lakes test day I didn’t feel there was a particularly noticeable difference weight and handling between them (other than on the Whyte E-Lyte 140, which was on XC tyres!).
I think it becomes more apparent when you’re pointing the bike downhill for more than just a few minutes. The added weight, combined with the G-Forces of riding feel like a significant difference
Great to see you with the legend! Never can get enough of the Doddster
We all love a Doddster chinwag 👍
Was great to catch up! Sorry we didn’t get to ride again on the Monday. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
Thanks mate! Was a pleasure regardless. Catch up again soon 👊
