Exactly my two thought as well. Even before he bunny hopped you could tell. Then casually riding over that grate one handed I knew we were in for a tremendous treat!

Thank you so much for doing this video. This is fantastic. Two of my most favorite UA-camrs coming together. As a dad of boys I can’t explain how fun it is to bond with my kids out on the trails just goofing off and being a kid again.
Now this was unexpected! I was surprised to see the thumbnail, to say the least. As a multi-decade MTBer who is pretty new to 4X4 (been watching MORR for 3 or 4 years) this was super fun to watch! Matt was out there rippin! Huck your meat, brother!!! Mad respect.
One of the best videos you've put out in recent memory. As someone who's mountain biked all of my adult life and off-roaded for the last 10 years or so, I think driving a truck off road has greatly improved my mountain biking simply because you have to pick lines for four tires, rather than two. When you get back on two wheels, the line choice seems so much quicker and easier. So I'm not surprised Matt killed it, but I'm also surprised how well Matt killed it.
Matt was really impressive!!!, he seams to have great balance , talent and a fastatic ability to know how the different camber effects his balance. His profession and hobbies give him emediate awareness, and calm during a sketchy time, and smart with his equipment. And a big pair.

Been watching Seth and mtbing for over 5 years, and just got into off roading and MORR this past year. Didn’t realize this was the collab I needed. Matt is an absolute sender on the MTB!!!
This is the exact reason why I don't understand the hate for e-bikes. It allowed someone to get out and enjoy mountain biking who otherwise would have been hesitant, and now they have a tool that allows them to enjoy the hobby while being able to keep up with more experienced riders. This was a great video and you can tell everyone had a great time.
The haters are getting fewer and fewer. Like Matt I have a mtb bike getting dusty. Too hard to get back in shape at my age to enjoy it. Now I have an e-bike and I can enjoy riding again. My buddy who rides almost every day isn't bored, and I can carry on a conversation while we're grinding. E-bikes are wonderful.
But your explanation ISN'T the reason most of us traditional riders don't like them. It's because it has allowed WAY to many people to just jump on bikes and terrorize all types of trails, riding way too fast, and getting themselves and others hurt. I would love if it was only helping older riders, but it is turning our trails into chaotic places. Btw, I have ridden and jumped e bikes and they are loads of fun, I just don't want to see great places turn into roller derbies. The mountain bike community has fought hard to keep trails open. I hope they stay open. I think we all benefit from clear lines between motorized and non. I'm fully aware there is no going back. I only hope we don't lose our "bike soul" going forward.
@@gereshare6659 "roller derby" That's a bunch of hooey. Making up stuff to vilify a group of users is EXACTLY how groups like SUWA operate, and why people have to fight to keep trails open, motorized or not. Stop it.
I'm a rider and been watching MOAR since the beginning. Matt is a gifted athlete. I can't ride some of those obstacles he did. That was amazing, ebike or not. He's also very strong and in shape because of the nature of his job. Not just anyone can jump on an ebike and make it rip like this. Very cool video.
I took that same line on the practice trail just one week before you guys rode it and had to back up because I didn’t want to take the drop. I love that trail system! And like Matt, I ride my Orbea Rise 30 EMTB. It makes a ton of difference and I can ride with my son. I hope this opened Matt’s eyes to what’s possible now. I enjoy both his videos and yours. Thanks for this video! I was smiling and laughing through the whole thing. Also, I used to live on the other side of that sketchy mountain side he was showing you back in the 80’s.

This is awesome!! I’m glad the algorithm sent me this, what a cool, fun blessing!! Long-time MORR subscriber so I’m familiar with Matt’s “go-for-it and conquer it with aplomb” attitude, and I am still a bit surprised (and very warmly impressed) by Matt’s riding. I LOVE how awed Kaulin and Karter are by their dad. They won’t forget this, ever. Matt is so one-of-a-kind. Which I knew, but now even more-so.
I'm pretty sure this is my favorite video I've ever watched on youtube. Two of my favorite youtube folks, mixing and matching things they love and I love, having a great time. You both inspire me to get out there and chase dreams.
Great video, Seth. I'm a longtime fan of Matt, and subbed to your channel after the Off-Road Games. Great to see Matt out with his boys. I was especially happy to see Kaulin out there tearing it up, considering the injuries he's had to his legs.
This is one of the most beautiful pieces of land I've ever seen. With the white mountain tops in the background, just stunning. And the trails look insanely fun! Also, that man's a natural. You can tell he's got a great sense for slopes and traction limits.
Best collab in the history of UA-cam. Huge fan of both channels and all I can say is… Matt…YOU ARE THE MAN! This video is absolutely the best example of why the bike world needs to embrace eBikes… endurance may fade but skills will always be there…. And apparently ballz too.. gonna have to get a wheelbarrow for Matt. Haha Thanks to Specialized for making this possible. Now I want to see Matt bring his new bike on a few jobs and ride it when he needs to retrieve something he forgot at the other truck. Haha
You can see the old BMX skills in Matt, especially the way he can balance the bike at low to no speed. I raced BMX back in the 90s, and I was one of the riders who signed the petition to get BMX into the Olympics.
I felt the same exact way as Matt on my first e-bike, he did awesome!!! I was into BMX from the early 80's up into about 2005, and then I only went on a few rides up until 2020. My ebike helped me get back in the saddle, and ride with all my younger and better conditioned friends, and it helped my knees because it was too much for a normal bike at first. Now it's been 4 years of riding 1-2 times a week and I feel so much better. I love my Specialized Kenevo!
Another vote for why E-Mountain Bikes are one of the best inventions in recent years. They unlock so many opportunities! They get dudes who can shred onto the trails with their kids, and everyone can have a great time? I mean come on!
That was probably the most anticipated video of my professional UA-cam watching career. It did not disappoint. I couldn't believe you took him to Gooseberry but Matt slayed it! It was so fun meeting you at the Games and seeing this story play out!
Looovvveee it. I don't know that I was the first one to comment on Matt's call for suggestions, but I'd like to think I helped a little.❤ I think I wrote something like. "Get with Seth's Bike Hacks / Berm Peak!!! The offroading there is 'a little bit different- but kind of the same' "
Brother this is one of my favorite videos you’ve ever done. I LOVE Matt’s channel too! Just some good people making memories. Thanks for sharing with those of us back on Long Island wishing we had off-road trails like that haha.
I hope this inspires some more matt mountain biking videos! This was a blast AND seeing the tech out there to get old hands back into the game is awesome!
I had high expectations for this collaboration and it exceeded them. As a mountain bike guy who vista Hurricane for spring MTB trips this was super cool to see. A couple years ago I found Matt’s channel and it gave us the idea to adventure in Sand Hollow the last couple springs when we visited on SxS tours. Seeing Matt’s joy on the ebike and the hope of him riding with his sons is just icing on the cake. Thank you all for your work on putting this together.
I'm impressed. Matt did a great job. I used to ride bikes a lot when I was a kid, into my early teens. But I topped out at close to 6'7", and with cars and girls on my mind, biking was left behind. After marriage, I liked the idea of the mountain biking scene coming up, but there are no mountains in eastern NC to speak of, plus I never found a bike that fit me. Now I'm old and clumsy, but I enjoy your videos. Thanks a lot.
Amazing content as always, Seth! As I have said before, I would love to see more videos like this, where you ride with other content creators, and participate in what ever activity they engage in. Still my favorite channel!

Great video, I've never seen mountain biking in this perspective before. It was quite thrilling to watch. Just watched a side of Matt that no one has ever seen before. Well done, Thanks!
Loved it seeing Matt out of his comfort zone AND doing really well nice one for the upload.
Matt is actually surprisingly good, I would not see myself doing the things he did when I just started.
I knew he would be the expert of line selection, but as a owner of that same bike I wasn't expecting that near static bunny hop! Awesome riding Matt!
What a collaboration
Haha
Thanks to Specialized for making this possible.
Now I want to see Matt bring his new bike on a few jobs and ride it when he needs to retrieve something he forgot at the other truck. Haha
I like to think of mtb as the best recovery gear. A spare can weigh 100 lb. Might as well just bring some bikes instead.
LOVE!!!!!! I thought he was going to eat some dirt on that intro…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Awesome that the kid got to enjoy that time with his father.
Matt!!! You are one badass dude! You killed this on so many levels!
This made my day!!! What a great combo, Matt and Seth!
This was so much fun, you crushed it Matt! Glad you made it through the day in one piece too haha!
I love seeing 2 different people who love 2 different activities come together and try new things you gained a new sub!!!
You can see the old BMX skills in Matt, especially the way he can balance the bike at low to no speed. I raced BMX back in the 90s, and I was one of the riders who signed the petition to get BMX into the Olympics.
Awesome got my first bmx in 84 🙏🤠✌️
@@ianmangham4570 I was racing a PowerLight (PowerLite?) P38 back in 95, miss that bike
This makes me want to move there. I watch Matt all the time and I never thought about MTB trails there. This is exactly what i like.
New respect for Matt and his kids 🤘🤘🤘
Great job Seth, I had no idea Matt had that in him. He took lines that I wouldn’t!!!
Awesome job coaching him through every challenge guys!!
Seeing Matt and his sons keeps me smiling the whole trail and TomTom as well. Nice collaboration, been waiting for this since the Offroad games🙃
19:15 “my favorite part about being a mountain biker is creating new ones.”
Ah so that is why you are a dad now 😂.
Love it. Enjoyed this and watching you and Rudy. Way to embrace life
The most anticipated crossover episode of the year
been a fan of MORR for a few years and know what Matt's capable of in that environment, but this gave me a whole new respect for him!
I'm proud of you Matt!
I love matt and I'm so glad this happened! Great to see and I'm genuinely amazed by his skills. That's some not beginner friendly stuff he rode
Another vote for why E-Mountain Bikes are one of the best inventions in recent years. They unlock so many opportunities! They get dudes who can shred onto the trails with their kids, and everyone can have a great time? I mean come on!
Matt is a beast for trying all that. How lucky you all are to have the amazing off road trail system.
That was probably the most anticipated video of my professional UA-cam watching career. It did not disappoint. I couldn't believe you took him to Gooseberry but Matt slayed it! It was so fun meeting you at the Games and seeing this story play out!
This was EXTREMELY FUN to watch! I hope to see more of Matt on your channel!
Nice to see you back on the trails Seth!
I am now really impressed with Matt.
Matt is awesome.. NO FEAR!!! Love this.
Matt has balls of steel ! 😂
Great video. Fun to see Matt having fun out on different, narrower trails.
2:43 nothing could've prepared me for the height difference.
This is so awesome seeing two of my favorite channels come together and have a blast in each others hobbies.
Matt, I'm an avid mtn bike rider (older than you) and I big fan of Matt's Off Road Recovery...watch your site regularly! I'm impressed with your fearlessness and skills on the Ebike and your "We'll get'm out" attitude!!!
