The state of Georgia is like most states, all they care about is a fathers money! Then the system, and people in this country want to complain about fathers being absent in their kids lives! If you are not married and sign a birth certificate, and take responsibility for a child, YOU STILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO VISITATION, CUSTODY ETC! The mother can take your child out of the state and do what ever she wants. The courts in America make billions from child support and keeping the fathers paying for rights and things that should be automatic. If you are responsible for child support payments, HOW IN THE HELL is it you can legally be held responsible as the father, but have no automatic rights or equal rights as the mother? All America cares about is MONEY! and we wonder why the family dynamics and divorce in this country is so prevalent.

The most interesting Duolingo ad ever! Hopefully, I'll never need help with this issue, but definitely informative. Can't believe how one-sided the law is.

What if the mother is pregnant and cut off all communication with the father. Can I start the process before the baby is born or have to wait until after?

I’d like to know about legitimating two kids from my children’s mother while she was married. I have a 11 year old and a 9 year old with her.

KungFu Woo, given that you are not using your real name, we can’t verify who you are (at this time). However, based on your comments, it is unlikely that you were ever one of our clients.

You’re beautiful, but taking legal advice seriously from a woman who can’t articulate plural subject verb agreement…

If that’s your criteria for choosing your legal counsel, then yes, we are not the firm for you. Attorney Foster’s record proceeds her. Our clients are more concerned in having a knowledgeable attorney who will fight for them, not someone that nitpicks one sentence from a 10 minute video. Good luck to you in choosing your legal counsel in the future!

KungFuWoo Our firm’s record speaks for itself. It sounds like you are unhappy about something else that had nothing to do with our firms representation of you. Good luck to you.
