    He was homeless in Nevada and according to him pimped Erika.
    His police reports from that time are public
    His daughter was pregnant at 15 and absolutely despises him.
    Trying to manipulate the judge. Give it up Darrell. We know who you are.

      While in Nevada....working in laundry for a casino...he befriended a co worker who lived in apartment with his mother. They allowed him to stay for 3 days....he started stealing from them and were battered when they confronted and asked him to leave. He then befriended the girl who spoke at his sentencing. She allowed him to live with her....He became controlling of her private life....she told him that he has no say in her life......he started to steal from her......she asked him to move out ....he battered her. This is what he does.

      2 reasons. 1 - you heard the lawyer say that they didn't know what would happen if he appealled and got out because an obviously incompetent fool acted as his own lawyer. Do you want there to be a chance he's on the streets again? Stranger things have happened.
      2 - Erica deserves justice and her day in court.

    • @Heatherzrule
      @Heatherzrule 3 місяці тому +2

      Even the worst citizens are entitled to due process and victims are entitled to seek justice from their perpetrators. It may seem excessive to prosecute him for the other crimes he committed since he's already been convicted and serving multiple life sentences, but it is our system of justice that each case be tried individually.

    Respect to this judge. She didn't go easy on him. She saw this case for what it was but didn't disregard previous horrific crimes. She was respectful to him, which must have been very difficult, but she did her job. The praise 100% goes to EP for how she's coped with this and didn't give him the time of day. It sounds like her and her daughter are thriving now. Now Brooks can rot in jail until he goes to hell.

Dude it’s over for him. That shit will break you. The reason why he’s not getting any love is because they feel like he should be dead and they don’t have the death penalty out there so if living in torture and misery for the rest of his life is what he’s gotta deal with they’re OK with that.
