Yeah, this isn't exactly what one would call for beginners. This is an explanation for people that already have experience with art prior to this video.

A very heartfelt video about what happened from his friend here. ua-cam.com/video/iwXBcAfEeq8/v-deo.html "Hyunjin Kim, the CEO of Superani and a long-time friend and manager of Kim Jung Gi, sends a message to the many friends and fans who have expressed their support for Kim Jung Gi's departure."
When the master is so proficient at his craft, even his simplified examples are so masterfully made that no student could even understand. Rest in peace
it must take so long to get the hang of mastering perspective without guidelines the way kim jung gi did it, the man was a total genius. may he rest in peace
A good way to think in perspective is to think of every stroke you make in a drawing as a guideline itself. This can be seen in buildings, vehicles, people, and virtually anything.
I love your work Mr. Jung Gi! I was blown away by the amount of attitude that was given to your character with a wavy line that resembled a capitol T; I was simply blown away! Much love and blessings!
idk if this can help anyone but sometimes I think about the box outside the object and imagine how much of the upside surface I can see, and I gradually show or or less based on where high or low on the eye level I am, it works very good for when I need to rotate something.
Those are called "Ink Brushes" (毛笔 máo bǐ), it is paint brushes used in Chinese Calligraphy as well in Japanese and Korean calligraphy. They are selling on Amazon, but you can look them up at your local Chinese Convenient/Book Store, just a heads up, some of the ink really stink hahaha, but there are some Ink comes with pleasing fragrance and some smells like herbs.
"You use he lines" here a table. "Now you can draw a table, it means you can draw a perfect postioned chef"

He worked hard at it. Practice. Just like Tiger Woods practices golf. This is practice daily.

had to think a bit to picture it but thanks for the thought !
No way he draw that without any sketches and lines?? Astonishing really!!
The legend that never uses an eraser and his lines are inked in permanency.
You are such an inspiration to me
Welcome back!
Always amazing !
Where can I buy one of those🖌️ brushes Kim?
Need to know that as well!!

This is a traditional Chinese bamboo brush i think
Making them is a beautiful process
Buy a Pentel Brushpen, have the same effect.
Thank you so much brother
Kim "what pen are you using" Jung Gi
Esse cara não é humano certeza deve ter vindo de outro universo e reencarnou aqui com um buff da escolha dele só pode
TABLES ARE FINE , BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PERSON ?? THE POSE AND ALL, ANY PRACTISING TIP ?
Too much advanced, it's the table the exercise is about, the guy is just an extra😅
The trick is in realizing that everything is tables.
Can you explain about the pen or brush
Excreura neusaptd
infinite ink on that brush
This a tradicional chinese calligraphy brush. Does anyone knows where find it?
ok but where is the god damn eye level ? hehehe why he doesn't draw it in red color or something for us so we can understand
We gotta assume it by joining two almost parallel lines till the end
Thank you!
Anybody knows wich pencil he ´s using for grey ?
Would like to know this too, looks like watercolor actually(?)
its chinese ink but very few on the brush so it does this effect. its indeed used a bit like watercolors
he switches with the other one coz otherwise he would be wasting too much ink and time at cleaning one to have more water on it
How does he practice it in his daily life
That last part with the short legs was unexpected
I think it made sense but I’m watching this while zooted
What brush is he using in this video?
Thanks you 💖
Please draw a warhammer 40k space marine
thank you, i love you all
Bro spends 10 hours drawing per day to tell us perspective isn’t hard
What is that pen he uses
its an ink brush i believe !
