Both asthaetically and by taste - everyone was so impressed and, I have to admit, I was impressed in myself too! The dough was beautiful to work with and so easy to roll out and shape - thank you so much for the recipe!! 😍

估计是面粉的问题,面粉的吸水性不同,我用的高筋面粉是auther king的,你看看下次做的话适当增加一点牛奶哈

請問如不用巧克力,奶油,可以只用可可粉加水熱溶嗎?份量是怎樣呢?
可可粉加水还是液体,会流动,而且苦味,不能用。可以用蒜蓉,看看小高姐的这个视频,早就有了这个面包。
像WU说的可可粉加水的话很苦,我们一般用的可可粉都是很纯的,你需要加糖才可以,其实你如果不做巧克力酱的话可以用买来的巧克力酱,我用花生酱和蒜蓉都做过
