18 months ago I made this Star Bread with Garlic and we all love it. Today I made it with Pistachio and Cardamom which is using sourdough starter instead of yeast. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
My family and I loved this bread. Came out very fluffy and the garlic isn't overpowering at all. The only thing that needed changing was the quantity of the water. Needed much less for me. I had to do it twice, the first dough came out too wet, the 2nd time came out perfect. Many thanks for sharing this deliciousness!

I have made bread from different recipe and the texture is always not good despite extended hand kneading. This recipe was too wet perhaps due to bad measurements so I added more flour but thankfully the bread was still tasty! Thank u so much for this recipe xiao gao jiejie!

做了两次都很喜欢~!不过我是用100g的全麦面粉代替durum面粉的,这种情况下200ml的水会太多,我调整到160g就大概刚好~另外在面粉里加完糖和盐之后最好把干粉混合均匀之后再加油,要不糖就会被油包住而混合不均匀(血的教训。。。) ;p

面粉我都用的高筋面粉,水加完进去稍微有点粘手,醒了二十分钟发现太粘,只好再让面团冷静十分钟,结果还是粘,只能沾点面粉揉啦~
其他都一样,过程很顺利,吃了午餐开始做正好赶上晚餐😍😍

昨天说面团太湿,我想起小高姐说过隔夜发酵面团会自己形成,然后我就把面团放冰箱隔夜发酵。第二天做成面包很柔软,好开心啊!看小高姐的影片多长知识啦!谢谢你小高姐!

@@sheryltoh4854 大概10个小时吧。你可以找找看小高姐的影片说起这个方法的。我的是可能气候和潮湿还有面粉的关系跟着食谱的水量面团就太湿了。下次我要试试减水。

收藏视频一阵子,今天终于按方子做了。我同意很多朋友的留言,200g水面团效果太湿(我全部用高筋面粉),可能160g水可以做出小高姐面团的效果。我刚才勉强把面团整形好了,成品应该不错。我的馅料是蒜泥加西芹叶,现在整个房间已经都是黄油和蒜香的味道,开心 :D

刚刚做了,起初面太湿了就又加了一些面粉。我家里只有中筋面粉,但是依旧非常成功非常好吃,我妈妈已经吃的停不下来了!谢谢小高姐~
今天跟着做了,方子很棒! 我的面粉吸水性高面团很软很黏所以又多加了差不多100g的面粉,炒蒜蓉酱忘记放盐。。吃的时候才发现,后来撒了盐,味道超棒~

实验了三次,300高筋面粉不能达到面团偏硬,至少要到350-360个才可以。作出的效果不错,烤箱功能强的话要放下层,亲朋好友都很喜欢。好看好吃。

虽然知道得有点晚,还是有种新发现的莫名惊喜的感觉,于是连着几天早晚都捧着手机在追剧般观看小高姐视频,意犹未尽,尤其喜欢看到那几个最后孩子们欢乐的镜头。我等着疫情过后可以去买铸铁锅,买石板,还有其它的道具,然后逐个学着做一遍😄😄

昨天操作了我的麵團整個濕濕黏黏,應該是我的杜蘭粉跟小高姐的不一樣我用的是De Cecco 杜蘭小麥粉 ,後來再加一些高筋麵粉還是黏手像含水率高的巧巴達一樣⋯最後放棄這個形狀做了橄欖形的小餐包,Q軟彈牙好吃😋謝謝小高姐,我應該會常做這個配方,簡直是驚喜不已啊!
