- It's the 2024 Get Toned Challenge! This is episode 1 which is a 20 minute full body workout. This is a weighted workout but if you dont have any weights, you can still try the workout to get familiar with the movements and use replacement weights such as water bottles and such for the time being until you get some weights.

Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. UA-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results. - Навчання та стиль
I’ve done Chloe Ting since Covid and let me tell you she’s changed my life. I’m 16 years old and I have a prosthetic foot. It’s been hard but throughout I’ve learned good balance even on my weak leg. These programs are a good motivation that are filled with love and encouragement. Thank you Chloe.

began 2024 with the new weightloss challenge then moved tp 18 days get abs challenge which i finished yeaterdat, now i cannot wait to start this one !!! Did you lose any weight
I've been following Chloe since 2020. I love her, her website which by the way is completely free, unlike other fitness gurus. I love how much she cares for her community and you can clearly see it on all of her work. I love the fact that she never says how much is the weight that she is using, so that it doesn't trigger people with body dysmorphia or perfectionism issues... She's always lovely and positive. Love her sooooooo muuuuuuuuch

Thanks Chloe. This is my third challenge program. I can now comfortably fit into my clothes better, slowly working on my stomach. I'm in my 50s, doing the challenges with two of my kids. My daughter is my inspiration. She looks great!

Been following your program since 2020 during COVID era, and I have never been better like today. Back then, I used to have fever every month during my period. Since I exercise regularly, no fever, no symptom. Feel stronger each day. Though I did not really lose weight but I feel healthy which is the most important thing in life. I've been doing chole ting since 2022 when I started my weight loss journey, I've lost about 20kgs 😊 and I've done and completed 19 programs. At the 25 Agust 2023 I started to workout with 2022 weight loss challenge. I lost 8 kilograms in 2 months with a healthy diet. After, i decided to do slim thigh challenge. It makes me feel so much better about my legs and it is super easy to do after weight loss challenge so it is sustainable for me. After i did those workouts i decided to do my workouts every other day with picking a new challenge from chloe’s website. I decided to do get toned challenge and I took a day break after each training day. So working out can be part of my life. In those days everyone around me was like “Oh my good you look so healthy how did you get this abs” After i finished my toned challenge i decided to do 8 weeks get fit and moving challence with taking a break each training day too, i finally finished 56 days workout and now summer is coming i started to do 2024 get toned challenge. Now i am 49 kg. I have perfect rounded and toned body. I eat everything that i want to but i always feel ensure about i ate my macros especially protein and healthy oils. And if there is no chloe i wouldn’t be able to do that. She is always there for me and with numerous opportunities for me i can always pick one challenge and stay that process because i know that i will get. Thank you chloe for this amazing gift. I wanted to say this to you because i feel so lucky and everyone in my life said to me that “why dont you show all this things you achieved with chloe things workout on yt video or somewhere else!!!” But i am little bit shy so i just wanted you to know that i love you!

Please do more of these!! Not enough youtubers do weighted workouts. These are doable for all ranges of fitness because the modification is just how much weight you use. It's so much more universall to all fitness levels than other workouts!
