I don’t have any older children, but when I was pregnant with my twins I was nannying a baby and a toddler. While the baby was napping the toddler and I did lots of cuddling on the couch and watching Mickey Mouse club house 😅
I do not have a toddler nor am I pregnant, but I'll watch this video regardless because I love how positive, entertaining, and calming your presence is
Pregnant with #2 with a 15 month old and damn the nausea and exhaustion is sooooo hard. It’s so hard to work as well especially since I haven’t told them I’m pregnant yet. Hoping this exhaustion isn’t as bad when I get to the second trimester
Honestly some days I could only do the bare minimum with my son, but he was clean fed and clothed and that was the most important thing, so glad I’m feeling way better now at 14 weeks
I have a 14 month old and currently 9 weeks pregnant! The nausea has been rough, but thankfully no puking. Always enjoy your videos specially since I was pregnant with my son when you were pregnant with Rowan. I'm hoping for a girl as well!
I think I’m pregnant just from symptoms and my little one turned one yesterday, so this video is perfect timing, super helpful, and also makes me think I am pregnant even more.
Tums got me through all the awful heartburn. I’m just now going back and watching all your old videos, just watched the birth vlog. I went into labor June 28th 2020, and had my daughter on the morning of June 29th!! Our kiddos are so close in birthdays! I can’t believe how hard it’s been to be pregnant/ raise a kid in the middle of all of this nonsense. Love watching your videos and getting great ideas and inspiration 💖💖
Love your positivity and how you encourage moms not to be too hard on themselves for being more lenient with things! Great tips! Keep in mind there are several forms of B6; the one that works best for nausea according to studies is pyridoxal-5-phosphate :)
You got through it amazingly! My 3rd is quite a bit younger than my first 2.. and my first 2 are about 4 years apart, so it was a little easier than having a toddler when I was pregnant with my 2nd... My youngest is almost 1 right now and I could not imagine being smack in the middle of the first trimester and getting through my day... You did great Megan!
Thank you for addressing the pacifier! I've been letting my toddler have his plug outside of naps and we've been watching alot more TV. We just found out about the new baby and LO turn 2 last week. The last 3 days symptoms are really kicking in. I feel a lot less guilty ❤❤
I so wish I would’ve had this video back in October! My oldest was only 7 months when I got pregnant with my second, but this still would’ve been so helpful! I’ll watch this again when it’s time for our 3rd!
Congrats on 40K! This is amazing! I found you a while back from Ashley and I absolutely enjoy all of your content. We’re just TTC but your videos are super helpful and wonderful to watch.
Surviving my first trimester was rough. Now my second is 3 months old and my oldest is 18 months. Life is so much easier now that I'm not pregnant anymore. We have a Paci on standby at all times because we're working on not putting things in our mouth. She had a high sensory issue with her mouth so it's been tough
The only thing that worked for my nausea was cold water. Lol I live in Texas and was pregnant while it was steaming hot in the summer. Waterrrrr like that spongebob episode lol 😆
I had horrible HORRIBLE nausea during my first trimester and it lasted all day long! My midwives told me to try bonine during the day and B6 and unisom at night! You can find bonine at most drugstores. I sware it subsided my nausea by 95%🤗❤️
Im coming out of the end of 1st trimester im 10 weeks today!! Hooraaay!! Wish i saw this before 😅 i have a crazy 1 year old shes nearly 2. And trust me my daughter has watched so much tv recently 🤣🙈♥️
When I get pregnant with #2 I'm busting out the Mr. Rogers and probably some Daniel Tiger too :) such calming shows with great lessons and not too overstimulating. Something I can feel good about. On an unrelated note, what a super cute top! I'm afraid to ask where you got it because I'm sure it's a fabulous thrift find 😆 A warm, buttery yellow is most definitely your color! 💛
Omg such a good tip... often times I would try to make a healthy meal while experiencing nausea and then 🤢 I would lose my appetite by the time I was done making my meal LOL
I didn’t know you could do unisom/b6 in the first tri! That’s awesome to keep in my back pocket. I thankfully didn’t have much nausea in my first pregnancy because I snacked constantly, when I was hungry I got super nauseous
I am 11 weeks pregnant right now with an 18 month old son! My biggest struggle this first trimester is migraines. Like off and on for 5 days straight. Then I’ll get some days off and another round of migraines will start again. We are doing a little more screen time. My son really likes Cars and Blippi. I have also been resting more often during his nap. It’s only 1 nap a day so I definitely have learned to take advantage of the break, even though I hate getting behind on chores and such. Yes to toy rotation too!
I’m a first time mom who just turned 4 weeks old today. I read somewhere that pacifiers actually help reduce the risks of SIDS which was somewhat comforting to me because I had a brother who passed from SIDS. So no shame in the binky game!
Congrats on 40k!!! I'm about to reach 3k 🤯.... hope to be as successful as you someday 🥰 I have a question.... do you feel like what worked for nausea last time still works this time? With my current pregnancy, my old tricks help a *little*, but def not the way they did last time. I just found this pink stork morning sickness tea that totally knocked the nausea out, kind of shocked 😅
I was so lucky with Rowan and barely had any nausea compared to this time. I remember using a lot of ginger and bland snacks which I’m also doing this time around but it was so much more manageable then
What’s your #1 tip for surviving nausea when you have a toddler? Let’s all help each other get through this!

I love you so much! Thank you for being so calming and sweet. Your videos are so relaxing to watch❤️
Well this was a perfect video as I just found out I’m pregnant with squishy number 2! Appreciate the advice!
I am 6 days postpartum with a toddler and feel like all the tips are applicable to my situation as well😆❤
When you have Hyperemesis and you know “it will get better” but not for 37 weeks 😝😂🥴
Oh nooo I’m so sorry mama 😭

Yes ginger candies 🍬 helped me so much!
Your sweet family gives me baby fever in the best way. I love your videos and I hope things get a bit easier as your pregnancy moves forward.
Me thinking about possibly adding another baby to the mix needed this!

YES I’ve totally done this!!! Or asked Matt to make me something only to smell it and not be able to eat it 😂
Needed this!! Thank you! 💕

YES only having one nap makes it so much tougher! I hope your migraines ease up soon 💛
@@MeganAcuna thank you! I’m fairly new to your channel and your videos are a great pick-me-up each week.
1 month pregnant with a 2 year old and I’ve been diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum (I had it with my first too) and I’m barely surviving 😂
I’m a first time mom who just turned 4 weeks old today. I read somewhere that pacifiers actually help reduce the risks of SIDS which was somewhat comforting to me because I had a brother who passed from SIDS. So no shame in the binky game!
Iam laying down in bed, watching videos but my house is a mess I can't get up to clean iam 😩
❤thank You for your advice
I kept saltine crackers by my bed for nausea 🤎
Congrats on 40k!!! I'm about to reach 3k 🤯.... hope to be as successful as you someday 🥰

My baby boy is 16months..I am 2 months pregnant...and it's tough
You’ve got this!!! It’s so tough in the beginning but it gets easier!
Yes to all of this! I’m 10 weeks pregnant and have a 2 year old so I’m fully going through it right now 😅
Lol what am I going to do..we have no tv, and even short screen time on phone or Ipad has a Horrid effect on our girl.
