- In this short film Reuben explains some of the philosophical or spiritual perspectives and insights he gained while trying out the Wim Hof Method 10 week online course. He undertook the course between the Fall of 2016 to the Spring of 2017, stretching out the course of a period of several months.

My way of performing the WHM is by walking outside during the cold of winter. Since Chicago resides by Lake Michigan, we get below 0 coldness. It's amazing how I survived during the winter.

Great short film. Wish I could do it but I've been living in the Midwest for years so I'm already used to the cold, though it rarely helps with getting sick each change of season.

Thank you for the response and I could not agree more. Funnily enough, I recently got back into meditation and Qi Gong a year ago, I do plan on experimenting with the Wim Hof method sometime soon. Have you tried Kundalini Yoga?
