Lewis, I was drawn in to Wim Hof by a combination of doubt & curiosity. I am a doctor of medicine, a researcher prior to medical school. I have never been a strong breath holder but the first time I did his breathing exercises I was able to hold my breath for almost 2 minutes. I have been using Wim’s conditioning methods for almost a year. Every time I feel slightly ill or under the weather I perform these breathing exercises. I also do breath work now every morning & evening & I have a mental clarity & stamina as in the days of my youth. I am 62 & athletically out perform my sons & grandsons. I’m a believer!
I just want to thank Wim Hof for saving my life, I have a stuttering problem and I knew that my real problem is anxiety severe anxiety, as that is normal when someone that has a stuttering problem. So I have been trying the method of breathing and I can tell you it has changed my life! My anxiety depression is totally gone my speech is improving so much I can't stop talking and feeling great and happy! I don't know how to thank Wim Hof I would love to meet him and talk to him as I think he is on to something huge. am ever so thankful for this method and cant wait to include cold showers and I have no doubt whatsoever that I will cure my stuttering and anxiety, every day I feel better and better!
I have just completed a three year challenge of cold showers, they are best if there is snow on the ground 3 degree C here in Holland. I go under the shower completely in one go including my head. After a short time + - 1 minute I can control my breathing. No problem in staying for 7/10 minutes depending on how much time I have. I have Artritis and I am 62 in May 2017. Thanks for sharing the video, now I have this breathing exercise to practice I can control how much this sickness effects me. I can do all the things I did when I was 30. Thanks again.
You can cure arthritis on keto. I have cured very painful arthritis in the whole knee area. I also lift weights and doing butt exercise sorts hip and knee problems out. I also eat fish oil tablets by the handful. I am 53 and I do not entertain any thoughts about aging or use it as an excuse for anything. I know what the body is capable of and I still feel as if I am in my 20s
I took only cold showers for 6 months straight through the winter once. I had never been more disciplined in my entire life. I developed incredible self control just from starting to only take cold showers. Literally the month I stopped I began making some not so smart decisions. I had already be came reacclimated to comfort.
I actually practiced this yesterday here in Michigan. I walked home from work in the freezing cold. It took 2 hours, when I focused on my breathing I literally forgot it was cold and a warmth came over my body. When I got home I was warm.
Damn I noticed that the other day before watching this podcast. Maybe a 20 min walk but I was tired and very cold at the start. I remember noticing by breath was a little faster than normal because of the cold. I did some meditation so I started to breath consciously and took full breaths. Damn I could feel the warm air going trough my throat and heating my body. I got home and my fingers which are usually always cold were actually warm as well.
11:55 this literally changed my life. I was suffering from extreme heartburn. You're probably thinking, "Heartburn? So what?" Well, it was so bad that I stopped eating solid foods for 5 months! Every time I tried to eat, I would get a really bad stomach ache and throw up what seemed like stomach acid and sometimes food. It was like my body lost the ability to properly breakdown food. I had to blend it and stay strictly on a liquid diet. I went to the hospital multiple times and they couldn't figure out what it was. I spent so much money and had so many tests done and nobody could find anything wrong with me. At the same time, I was dealing with other personal, financial, and health issues. It got to the point where I felt like I couldn't breathe FOR MONTHS! I had already been searching for heartburn relief techniques on UA-cam so I started looking for breathing exercises as well. I found Wim Hof's UA-cam channel and wow! I can finally eat again. I still haven't fully recovered and I've been doing it for about a month but now that I'm trying conscious breathing, I'm getting much better. Thank you Wim Hof!
Amazing result! Usually, after 1.5 hours of badminton, I would be half dead begging for rest. Today, after doing the breathing exercise, I felt like the Energizer bunny: I could go on and on and on. The body is so quick to recover. Thanks, Wim. Thank you Lewis! 😊
Lewis ! I've been on bed rest,Doc's orders for 29 days now since having a bad fall and smashed my chest up. fractures, punctured lung. air in chest cavity etc. (a coffee mug) But my oxidisation is good thanks to WHM. Thanks for this interview. I must have watched it quite a few times as I do my breathwork. I'm 57 and I just want to say Thank you.
Have been doing Win Hof breathing exercises before going to bed and after waking up in the morning plus cold shower in the morning. It has definitely lessened my back pain(I dont know how) and cleared brain fog. Thank you for the upload and eternally grateful to the ice man! If you need any programmer to take this project to next level for the betterment of the people I will be there to contribute through my work. ❤❤❤
Holy shit!! Just did that with them! I'm a little lady and did 34!! Good ones! Haven't done that in 4 or 5 years, when I was in super shape. I'm a believer!!!
This is just so powerful Lewis! I have stopped watching the news and started listening to your interviews every morning. I have redirected my focus to something positive rather than what's wrong in the world. I not only find inspiration but practical information and GREAT vibes. I can honestly say that this has improved the quality of my life. I attended Preeta Ji's event in LA, Being Limitless, thanks to your podcast! It has made a great impact on my life! You are doing it right!! I will continue to follow your podcast. xoxoxo
God bless you Wim. I've just started your method. I do breathing rounds every morning before taking a cold shower and at night. I hated cold and I'm converting it into my ally. I can't wait for each new day to begin to feel energized but moreover, besides physical benefits that I've been feeling (more energy, improved digestion, no skin dryness, etc), suddenly new positive people are appearing on my way and new opportunities are opening. I'm so thankful!!!
Thank you! I watched this today and practiced before going to work. I had Zero anxiety all day long! I feel so much better and calmer, not a joke. So Thankful!
So good! I tested my PH level before and after doing the breathing for twenty minutes and it went up two points. Been doing Wim's method for eight months and it has a massive positive impact. Great interview!
How did you test your PH out of curiosity? You are aware that the body has different PH levels all over depending on what part of the body you are talking about and a high PH level isn't necessarily a good thing right?
This interview has caused me to cry, laugh and think really hard about all he said this definitely needs to be taught to our children... our bodies can and were meant to heal themselves.....Source meant us to know our bodies and how to control our lives and light... I love this man...
The cold shower/ice bath is the mirror. If you can control your breath under the ice cold you are less acidic and more alkaline and are in control and not at the mercy of stress, fear and weekness. This is so amazing to me. Life changing. Its been taken from a mysterious mystical spiritual quest to a human, physical possibility! AMAZING!!!! Thanks for this Lewis!
Shout out to Lewis. I'm pursuing the World record of most handstand push-ups under a minute. With Wim Hof's Preparation training method I just completed 20 Perfect form Handstand push-ups! Only 10 to go, and with his advice I'm 100% sure I will succeed. Thank you for the great content. You're a true mentor in my road to greatness.
This was probably the best Whim Hoff Interview. I like how you asked the right questions Lewis and just let him talk, which got him talking about other facets of himself. Thank you!
Yes, 4 years later I'm watching this. Well, this was my church today and I enjoyed it more than any church service I've ever attended. Life, Wim - this is my religion. Thank you Lewis for hosting Wim and asking the best questions.
This is one of the best Wif Hof interviews I've seen yet and I have been trying to watch a lot of them lol. I found out about you from this interview and I am now a fan and subscriber. Keep up the awesome work! It is very motivating.
14:53 min mark take 4mins a day breathing like this for 3mins then push-ups not breathing, to reset the stress hormone and reconnect body to brain stem - AMAZING ! Thank you 🎉❤
I have only been doing the breathing for about a week or 10 days, followed by dry skin brushing and a cold shower after a warm shower and each day I feel so calm like I have experienced a massage.
"Having conceived of his purpose, a man should mentally mark out a straight pathway to its achievement, looking neither to the right nor the left. Doubts and fears should be rigorously excluded; they are disintegrating elements, which break up the straight line of effort, rendering it crooked, ineffectual, useless. Thoughts of doubt and fear never accomplished anything, and never can. They always lead to failure. Purpose, energy, power to do, and all strong thoughts cease when doubt and fear creep in." -James Allen, As A Man Thinketh
I think I just fell in love. Thank you both. This is incredible. I just did the breathing exercise that you had done right before this podcast and holy shit. I also just did the 4 minute exercise and I was able to do 25 pushups and i'm a 39yr old femalel with no recollection of the last time I did A pushup, let alone 25. I'm not a sloth by no means but it's been a good minute (ie years) since working out on a regular basis. Wim is the bees knees and this podcast and you are the honey.
Amazing! Followed you the same time and did way more push-ups I have ever been able to do while breathing. I usually cap at 20-25. I reached 35 after the exercise and feel great!
Loved this! Loved the question and answer to the definition of masculinity (59:00). Made me tear up I'm not gonna lie! I've been doing the method for a while now, 3 rounds of breathing in the morning, and I can honestly say it is life changing. There is an indescribable connection that you begin to develop with your body that is deeper than any meditation I've ever tried. Thank you Lewis and Wim!
Sorry for the long response time! Here are the benefits I've had: 1. after doing 3 rounds i am able to get into a meditative state very quickly that is deeper than anything I've ever experienced. Just close your eyes and watch after you do the method. you will be blown away. 2. Stress goes way down. Along with a general feeling of euphoria and peace after. Ability to control mood and state a lot easier. 3. Very hard to explain this. After the 3 rounds of breathing, using my attention I feel as if I am able to direct energy (not sure if its bloodflow or what) to different parts of my body. It's very weird but this builds a very deep mind body connection. It could be placebo though but it feels very real and incredible once you experience it. these are the main 3 Ive experinced, hope that helps
I’m doing it for my severe asthma level 4. Just started but I feel the difference. Was having a very bad time with my faulty bronquii, now it’s getting better.
It’s amazing. I wish everyone could learn the techniques of breathing and meditation the people would be less risk of diseases. Thank u for wonderful broadcast. Thank u Wim and Lewis.
I have been diagnosed with MS 02. I rejected all the neurologists poison- interferon injections. I stayed active as possible surfing, yoga, ate well. now later after to c secs Im disconnected by recti diastasis. I will come back better than ever after 42, overcome my MS with still no doctors, and look forward to this method. I remember when I was 9 I spent so much time swimming at the YMCA. I was starting to breath under water...never could explain it or understood.now I do.
I’ve also been a seeker of this enigma of life yet nothing has resonated as much as this Jim has explained pranayama, Ayurvedic lifestyle as I see he is using. I am thankful for this podcast thank you
Man I'm going to tell you the real secret of this life, read carefully : Jesus Christ. And I'm not talking like a crazy religious guy. Jesus Christ said EVRYTHING, trust me. The Wim method is good, I like this guy. But if you're looking for the real key, I'm telling you, there is no other one. No one can transform your life like him, no one can give you the power, the wisdom, the love and the healing is providing. And I don't want to talk about the crazy mystic things where he guides the most engaged ones. Take care brother 🤍❤️
Did you watch the Lewis Howes and Wim Hof video where they demonstrated the breathing technique they talked about at the beginning of this interview? I’ve done it for 4 days now. It’s awesome. Here it is. ua-cam.com/video/RW1C_3OXhEs/v-deo.html

@@sportysbusiness THANK YOU!!!! This should be obvious to everyone but apparently people so infused with misery cant be happy so they dont want anyone else to be happy either... disgusting
WIM is the most amazing man. His techniques changed my life since day 1 . I wish i found this sooner, but I am blessed to have it in my life now. I struggled with anxiety and agoraphobia, and I have been unstoppable since. I feel normal and I can do things with ease, such a grocery shop. Grocery shipping was terrifying, I would have panic attacks , especially the deeper I qould go into the store or if there are many people inside... now I have no care, I can fill up my cart andnfeel relaxed the whole time. Bless !
all this and yet.. look at him... not a single.. hint of arrogant , proud or anthing.. just see how humble is he.. thank you so much... for this sir.. for teaching all of us about this technique.. keep mastering everything.. like this
Wim Hof is the most intelligent and inspiring person ever! YES, love, caring and sharing is true masculinity, that is emotional strength-of course, we like physically strong men too, but he states the complete truth! Also, love his speech and style of engaging- so pure! Love his conviction and his knowing and his superior knowledge of everything. It's mind-blowing! Thank you Wim!
I swam in a lake here in the UK in mid October this year. It was the coldest water I'd ever been in. I wanted to get straight out really but there was this fisherman the other side of the lake so I felt I had to swim a little circle round for at least a minute (complete macho bullshit). I could feel my muscles shutting down as I reached the shore (yes it definitely can be dangerous) but the absolute intensity of euphoria / aliveness I felt when I got out was beyond anything I'd ever experienced. I live on a boat so this practice should be pretty easy for me. Thank you Wim for reminding me what I feel I've always known and thanks so much to you Lewis for bringing this to me. Great interview. Subscribed and looking forward to more
I’d like to acknowledge you Lewis, for a moment. I’ve watched a few interviews you’ve done and I just love that You let your man speak... you don’t tell their story before they get a chance, you are respectful for what they stand for and give them their moment. I love your Three Truths part, it is after all the essence of all your interviewees. I really loved the mask of masculinity segment of this interview... let all men (and ‘masculine’ women) hear and take note. 💛🌻💛
Started 4 days ago , been doing the other method you did on the couch every morning and Evening . 4 sets each : 30 breathing x 1min30sec holding . And it has improved my overall sense so much . I feel more calm , relaxed not agitated over small things like i used to before. I also had one of the best leg day today at the gym . Even after my workout , i was so energetic . I rinsed my body in Cold shower for 4 mins . I have been doing cold shower for a month now so its not a difficult task for me. It has cut down my shower time from 25 mins to 5 minute too hahah But coming across wim Hof was the greatest thing to happen to me this week. Absolutely love this podcast.
Same happened with me,too! I am puzzled seeing my physical energy and strength after doing the breathing technique and cold shower! My body and mind feel better than before. I also feel euphoric state in the mind, which amazed me,as I have been doing meditation for years. And meditation could not give me such euphoric state on regular basis,as Wim Hof method does! :O I am confused!!!
The breathing technique works! I’ve been dealing with anxiety and days of hyperventilating without being able to fix it. Prescriptions didn’t work well for long, but today I haven’t hyperventilated after watching this episode! Thank you for the great work you do with the School of Greatness Lewis
i love what you bring to the light. as it it all ment to be and you shine so fine n bright. beautiful energy you bring to your show and we are all so great and blessed. thank you!
I learned of this breathing years ago and didn't know about him. Funny thing is people would say you're hyper ventilating yourself. Yes you could but I found that in order to know when you have reached a good spot to slow down and relax the breathing is the moment you reach the tingles and light headed feeling. Thats when you know you've reached the right spot to let yourself relax and even stop breathing for a moment. Its very relaxing and great for meditating. But I never knew that it could do all this stuff its very mind opening! No wonder I haven't been sick in years. Its all starting to make sense on all the experiences I have had using this breathing.
I developed an anxiety after a situation with a college tutor, been trying to fix it for the last year, few months back gave up and took the anti depressants - which thankfully, I seem to be one of the few who dodges the side effects except for feeling exhausted nearly all day long, but it was better than the alternative. Few weeks back got into cold showers as a form of building up stress resistance, then being a JRE fan i accidentally stumbled onto this wonderful man. His breathing technique freaked me out with how much it works in the cold and you just don't feel it really that much. But this, this has been a life saver, I've been watching this vid and doing it with them, and for the first time in a year I feel like myself again. Not saying it's a cure, but anything that works for the individual is always a good thing, albeit unfortunate for the ones it doesn't but if you're like me, give it a shot, it's better than the alternative. Thanks Hof!!
I followed your interview with great attention. Let me tell you that Sarah's question at the end of the interview is the most important one. I have followed Wim Hof's method for a period of time on a regular basis, but it is when you have a peak of stress or anxiety when you start wondering if the method is really worthy. Now, thank you for revealing the answer to that problem. I also thank you, Lewis, for the work you do. Kind regards from Spain.
Have been doing this for a week or so.....I am puzzled seeing my physical strength and mental energy after doing the breathing technique and cold shower! My body and mind feel so much better than before. I also feel euphoric state in the mind, which amazed me,as I have been doing meditation for years. And meditation could not give me such euphoric state on regular basis,as Wim Hof method is doing to me! :O I am confused!!! How the heck this method can create such a big change!!! :/ Wim Hof is right when he says that this breathing technique diminishes stress very fast@ 1:03......Simply amazing!
+Marko97 Two times a day. I do meditation in the morning. And after my meditation session,I practice Wim's breathing method....The second time that I do breathing practice is when I weight lift in the evening. Before my weight lifting session is over,I practice Wim Hof's breathing method....Funny,I can squat, deadlift, bench press quite comfortably now....! :-/
Very powerful...thanks Lewis and Wim. I did not see any lights or colors, etc but on my first and second repetition upon holding my breath I did feel much tingling below my right shoulder blade where I have had an external lump for a few years now. The tingling was all around the lump...I know it is the oxygen killing whatever is there that should not be. I have felt the same sensations on that lump when taking MMS recently. Really incredible how the body directs the healing to where it is most needed. Namaste to all.
Kelcey Nickson this is part of my morning rituals along with a solid nutritional foundation. This technique is a powerful tool on many levels. Mental-nutritional-physical for daily balance is key
Awesome Wim Hof! Brilliant Mission! To live happy, strong and healthy by changing our paradigm, to program ourselves to be able to be in control in extreme situations through his breathing technique for 4 mins...and be one of the Legends....Thank you so much Lewis for bringing in Wim Hof!
"Autonomic nervous system can be influenced…" Guys, guys, do you even grasp what that could mean, let alone for us as individuals, but for the whole race, the whole planet??? O M G !
if anyone in this world does not consider this..... this is a life-changing exercise, BREATHE ....this is a game-changer you will feel alive and live a better life from this moment on giving it a try it will honestly put years on your life, Thank you Wim you're a Saint. Sincerely......, Anders .D
Wim 's method is the most revolutionary self healing process i've engaged in so far. Even the cold water is becoming a warm friend like wim says. Thank you Wim Hof 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
Update: I think it's safe to claim that I made a shift to a state of remarkably reduced resistance lately. Apparently something to do with my adoption of Wim Hof's overbreathing/apnea workout technique. I started using it as a way to escape a fight/flight/freeze fit only hours after following along out of curiosity with the exercise demonstrated on Lewis Howes here between 12:40 and 20:00 The effect was jaw-dropping: First time just energizing and fun. Second time from desparately stressed out, violent and helpless to able-to-cry-it-off in like 3 minutes, returning calm and with a new, creative and helpful perspective on the trigger event/situation, oddly confident that the storm was really over and that I got what it takes to figure out whatever else might arise like never in weeks or even months or... EVER?!?!. I got kinda hooked immediately, genuinely looking forward to the next bout of despair to transform, and I got some opportunities for repetition soon after. And it turned out to work on all kinds of distressful occasions: I breathed and worked off stuff like built-up strain, pain, anger, hurt, anxiety, and tonight it even gave me 2 hours of additional full-on present and cheery parental stamina right after I felt like going to bed before diner. The coincidence is evident, causality is still on trial. It might be Placebo (me being quite a persuasible hypochondriac), might bloody well be the supposed microdoses of endogenous DMT, though. I'll settle for the humble hypothesis that adrenaline isn't actually all that complicated to handle and that the the exercise mimicks what a feral rabbit does when it hops like a crazy Rocket bunny to discharge after freezing to hide from a stalking predator that wouldn't move on for waaay too long. Pragmatically, the technique has done me no harm so far, probably unlocked a treasury, and simply feels rewarding anyway. Thank you guys. You made my day(s) recently and the ripple effects on your account are immense.
There is huge financial power behind keeping us mentally and physically sick. This stuff is huge. Wim is a gift to humanity.

Wim's love of science and being tested by doctors is what makes me so trusting of his methods. He has all of the bio info about everything.
I am so overwhelmed by this conversation.Thank you.

So good! I tested my PH level before and after doing the breathing for twenty minutes and it went up two points. Been doing Wim's method for eight months and it has a massive positive impact. Great interview!
Can you explain
How did you test your PH out of curiosity? You are aware that the body has different PH levels all over depending on what part of the body you are talking about and a high PH level isn't necessarily a good thing right?
THERE ARE PH STRIPES YOU CAN BUY
Around 1:06:19 Wim says you measure the pH levels with saliva or pee.
A pH change of 2 is likely to kill you, the body should be between 7.35 and 7.45.
Tyler Paske where are you now?
wait the world record is only 30?
+John Gedeon It's 30 in a minute
This was probably the best Whim Hoff Interview. I like how you asked the right questions Lewis and just let him talk, which got him talking about other facets of himself. Thank you!
Sarah asked some crackers too. ty Wim, Lewi and Sarah.
WOW!!!! One of the best episodes!!! (Even though I'm thinking this every single episode 🙄🙈). But this one is beyond anything!!!
Yes, 4 years later I'm watching this. Well, this was my church today and I enjoyed it more than any church service I've ever attended. Life, Wim - this is my religion. Thank you Lewis for hosting Wim and asking the best questions.
God led u here
Feel the love .. Feel the power xxx 🙏☘️😂love you Wim xxx
This is one of the best Wif Hof interviews I've seen yet and I have been trying to watch a lot of them lol. I found out about you from this interview and I am now a fan and subscriber. Keep up the awesome work! It is very motivating.
I normally can do 8-10 push-ups. I hit 20 doing this breathing. I can still feel the muscles in my arms. Fascinating.
14:53 min mark take 4mins a day breathing like this for 3mins then push-ups not breathing, to reset the stress hormone and reconnect body to brain stem - AMAZING ! Thank you 🎉❤
Thanks for clarifying!
Purpose, energy, power to do, and all strong thoughts cease when doubt and fear creep in."

Man I thought he was just a guy with the technique but DAMN HE IS PASSIONATE AND HE IS GOING TO CHANGE THE PLANET WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU! 😀😀✌️
It's already happening. Share the knowledge with everyone you love!
100% ❤❤❤
"I'm not afraid to die; I'm afraid not to live"
Wow thank you so much, I’m struggling with anxiety and panic attacks just this method brought me back to who I am thank you again god bless you 🙏🏻
I SEE WIM I DROP A LIKE!
One of the most interesting Human Beings alive at this moment.
Wow real masculinity how much you are able to spread love. This is the best answer I've ever heard

Totally
Thank you Lewis and Wim!
silkydude .
hi!
can you tell us more about it's benefits?
i just started today.
Sorry for the long response time! Here are the benefits I've had:
1. after doing 3 rounds i am able to get into a meditative state very quickly that is deeper than anything I've ever experienced.
@@silkydude Thank You So Much ❤️ ✔️ 🦅 💙 💜
6 YEARS I've been doing this, haven't been sick once. Also as an unexpected awesome bonus...my seasonal allergies are GONE!
I’m doing it for my severe asthma level 4. Just started but I feel the difference. Was having a very bad time with my faulty bronquii, now it’s getting better.
How can I start with this method? what should I do? What book should I read?
It’s amazing. I wish everyone could learn the techniques of breathing and meditation the people would be less risk of diseases. Thank u for wonderful broadcast. Thank u Wim and Lewis.
Busy with practicing. Don't want no stress or some crap preventing me from doing things I love. God bless this man.
I am thankful for this podcast thank you
Jim? 😂
wim..
Here it is.

I haven't done a push up in a year. When I could I get to about 10 and have to stop.
I just did 35.
I'm amazed
That's called adrenaline and poor form.

Bless !
This guy is ther antidote to all the insanity going in the world, take action and empower yourself.
all this and yet.. look at him... not a single.. hint of arrogant , proud or anthing.. just see how humble is he..
thank you so much... for this sir.. for teaching all of us about this technique.. keep mastering everything.. like this
This guy is amazing,im definitely going to learn to take control of the mind and the body
We all should!

This stuff is pure gold

Thats impressive, man!
Wims Hof breathing method
Thomas King I can do 3!
You are an inspiration to me Thomas! Keep up the good work! :)
Haven't worked up to cold showers but the breathing exercises alone are great.
Wow, Wim is such a genuine and beautiful person. I love his message. We need to listen to him carefully. He says the truth.
Lewis Howes You are welcome! Thank you for your content and spreading wisdom & love!
Subscribed and looking forward to more
Love Wim! Living legend! Great interview
Kevin Mooney living Life! Loving Life!
Purposeful! Insightful! Educational! Powerful! Pragmatic! Great interview. No bull s...! Fantastic!
"I'm crazy, but I'm not a fool!"
I love Wim Hof's seemingly boundless energy. it's infectious.
It has cut down my shower time from 25 mins to 5 minute too hahah
But coming across wim Hof was the greatest thing to happen to me this week.
This is one of the best podcast video interviews I've seen in a while. Excellent more than crash course on Wim Hof. Thanks, Lewis.
I enjoyed both - the questions and the answers ------ very inspirational video. Thank you!
The breathing technique works! I’ve been dealing with anxiety and days of hyperventilating without being able to fix it. Prescriptions didn’t work well for long, but today I haven’t hyperventilated after watching this episode! Thank you for the great work you do with the School of Greatness Lewis
This is the best video I've ever watched on youtube! Beautiful!
Wim knows about his higher being well. He nailed it big time. Love and light
This interview was amazing. Thank you for sharing!
We need more people like Wim Hof and Lewis to bring more awareness now more than ever!
Simplicity is the mark of genius
i love what you bring to the light. as it it all ment to be and you shine so fine n bright. beautiful energy you bring to your show and we are all so great and blessed.
Thank You Lewis so much for sharing all this powerfull wisdom from all these amazing magnificent people!
37 pushups...empty lungs, fantastic !!! First time, Lewis, you are powerful. God Bless !!!
Another great interview with Wim Hof. Spread the knowledge and the love. Thanks.
Wow! So deep. So much incredible knowledge. Thank you Lewis as always. ❤️
Superb knowledge shared, thank you both Wim & Lewis.
Wim Hof is right when he says that this breathing technique diminishes stress very fast@ 1:03......Simply amazing!
***** Btw,you are a very handsome guy..... :) And a great channel,too.....
+Mamunur Rashid Do you do it once a day or more times one after another?
+Marko97 Two times a day. I do meditation in the morning. And after my meditation session,I practice Wim's breathing method....The second time that I do breathing practice is when I weight lift in the evening. Before my weight lifting session is over,I practice Wim Hof's breathing method....Funny,I can squat, deadlift, bench press quite comfortably now....! :-/
So 2-3 minute breathing and then a hold without breath right? is that it?
theres a video demonstration of lewis doing it. watch that
Thank you for sharing greatness with everybody. All the blessings for you.
"If you know the art of breathing you have the strength, wisdom, and courage of ten tigers." -Chinese adage
Wim is great I just went through his online course a few weeks ago, life changer. Thanks to both of you sharing the journey .

Great interview. I got the pleasure to meet Wim recently.
We love you Wim Hof. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Your advice is so needed. I bought your books and watch you video.
This is beyond brilliant! Great interview ... Thank you
Update:
I think it's safe to claim that I made a shift to a state of remarkably reduced resistance lately.
