      I have been preparing my own meals na rin for almost a year now and Ang naging favorite ko is yun chicken satay he he. Simple lang kasi tapos swak rin sa macro nutrients. You don't have to do anything with the chicken, it's all in the sauce talaga. It has peanut butter and coconut milk (which is good kasi it has natural oil na so you don't have to use additional oil pa in cooking). Ingat lang sa paglagay ng sodium kasi it uses soy, a little salt and patis/Worcestershire sauce. Pero it's good , simple lang. And don't forget to add chili paste to complete your satay sauce.

    Quick tip for bulking: Pwede tayo mag consume ng murang simple carbs like pan de sal and yung naka sachet na coffee as pre-workout, para na din madaling mapunan ang carbs natin for the day, tapos mas mapapaganda pa yung performance natin during our training session.

    Gizzard is also a low calorie-high protein food source. Per serving (100g) is more or less 150 calories lang pero around 30grams of protein. Tho wag palagi-lagi maggizzard kasi mataas sa cholesterol hehe

    saken Can of Flakes in Brine tuna(P58) + 66g oats(P13) total P71 lang 33g protein 390kcal.. super simple para sa walang oras mag prep.. anu pa kaya ang pwedeng idagdag? veggies sana kung pwede lang maluto sa hotwater..

    If gusto niyo po machichirya once in a while, may hype po dun sa Oishi’s “Baked Porky Popps”- 140 kcals with 22g of protein (27 pesos per serving/per 30 g). High in sodium nga lang so bawal din sobra. 👌🏾💪🏾

    5:44 5:44 Alam nating mas great alternative ang pbfit dito pero since na budget meal ang content, hnd naisama ni coach hehehe ksi pricy siya (1lb 850php at dipende sa store na bibilhan mo sa online, at hnd pa ksma shipping fee nun) pero worth it! 8g protein din siya per 16g and only 70 cals lng siya per serving. So imagine if naka 2 servings ka, may 16g protein kana plus 140cals lng in total and 10g carbs lng siya

    Coach pwede ka na mag develop ng app which calculates budget and macro nutrients he he. Yun mga available kasi sa store is using standard US metrics. So Kung sakali, ito yun asian/Filipino version ng app. 😅

    Idol sapat naba ang budget na 1kg if Raw pa (Chicken Breast) sa protein intake everyday (bulking)? Iba kase ang timbang ng Luto sa Hilaw pa. Pwedi lang ba e weweight na hilaw bago Lutuin?     I have a question for cutting meal, 85 pesos per 500g of Chicken breast? With a total of 105 protein? Medyo nalito ako kasi as per checking 100gram of chicken breast is = to around 21-31g of protein. And 500gram of chicken breast cost more than 85 pesos. Please correct me if im wrong.
