I have been preparing my own meals na rin for almost a year now and Ang naging favorite ko is yun chicken satay he he. Simple lang kasi tapos swak rin sa macro nutrients. You don't have to do anything with the chicken, it's all in the sauce talaga. It has peanut butter and coconut milk (which is good kasi it has natural oil na so you don't have to use additional oil pa in cooking). Ingat lang sa paglagay ng sodium kasi it uses soy, a little salt and patis/Worcestershire sauce. Pero it's good , simple lang. And don't forget to add chili paste to complete your satay sauce.

So imagine if naka 2 servings ka, may 16g protein kana plus 140cals lng in total and 10g carbs lng siya

I have a question for cutting meal, 85 pesos per 500g of Chicken breast? With a total of 105 protein? Medyo nalito ako kasi as per checking 100gram of chicken breast is = to around 21-31g of protein. And 500gram of chicken breast cost more than 85 pesos. Please correct me if im wrong.
