Sarah and the gang *are* dead, the actors weren't asked back, but the wiki is *not* an accurate source. It's a fan wiki and can/has been edited incorrectly.
From what I heard apparently it was stated by the writers that Sarah,Wendell and rabbi are alive just off screen they were helping with Luci's set places being set up which sucks we did not see them that's just what i have read about it
I just love how these showrunners think they can undo all wrong they did for 5 years by giving us 6 episodes of fan service. Not even Madison being the lead again can save this show from ending on a low note. The writing, the editing, the acting... everything just sucks with these showrunners.
I was good with Strand here bc although Anton was tedious, it was also short lived and falls true to his character. He’s always been a cultured gentleman even before the fall we get this vibe from him. Millionaire with flamboyance and a striking ability to survive by any means. I liked that they rounded that out with his little hidden boat and ‘supplies’ 😂 The German speaking fits due to his worldly background and he drops it when needed so. Also, his hubby is so fine 😘
I think troy is bluffing about killing alicia what this does prove is alicia totally recovered from her infection any doubters out there who thought she died on the beach were wrong even though various sources connected with the show said she was alive anyway
Actually as a native German I can understand their accent very well. It's quite funny and I am pretty impressed that the actors learned german for the show. One of the hardest languages in the world. :-)
I know you say that until you see a body you won't believe it. They already killed a main character as of this episode though off-screen; Sarah is confirmed dead as one of those who 'starved' in Strand's story. :( I honestly don't get the logic of Fear's showrunners/writers accepting that as a reasonable outcome. Just leave them be, don't verify that Sarah/Wendell/Jacob died off-screen to something that feels like they could have easily overcome. ~Ry
its more than just them and they should of shown it all, they would of been going crazy and turning as they died and fighting walkers on a raft would be so difficult they would probably fall ad burst them with their knives
During all seasons, the showrunners introduced characters and discarded them off-screen, such as Helena (season 2), Tobias, Taqa, Crazydog, Alicia's friend who was injured at the end of season 3, the children from season 5, the boxer who helped Sherry and Dwight in season 7... They don't know what to do with so many characters, which is a shame because it would be a very strong group.
I wouldn't say confirmed at all. Strand is the least reliable narrator in the universe. Now.. If a producer confirms that Strand is telling the truth or we see something on screen that confirms that... Then I'll buy this. Otherwise it such a shitty way to ditch half the cast, even for Fear. But let's be real, it's Fear so probably is how they are explaining it. With a couple lines from a known liar. How satisfying! (sarcasm)

they reused old scenes in this episode and Sarah and the rest of them were killed off screen they starved to death on the rafts , i agree about Alycia i think he just stole her arm in a struggle, i hated the subtitles too there were more in this episode than in Daryl Dixon
I still can't believe that's the route they took. Why not just say 'they were left behind by PADRE' and leave their stories open-ended? I struggle to believe such crafty drifters like Sarah & Wendell would have starved to death. Though I don't think they just starved on the rafts. They washed ashore SOMEWHERE in Georgia and Strand went off to find food for them but didn't get back in time. Why would they stay put and just slowly die instead of seeking out communities or places to scavenge is my additional question, haha ~ Ry
It would be easier to show that these characters decided to leave with Morgan, where at some point Morgan could give them the location of Alexandria and then leave alone after Rick. It would be much more dignified for the characters.

I really enjoyed the first seasons and the later ones weren’t the best and really only stuck with it because of Morgan and I was really worried how this was going to go but was surprised at how much I liked it. Agreed. But it's a little bit of a low blow that Sarah, Wendell, Jacob got killed off off camera. I mean, I pretty much assumed bc Mo Collins more or less confirmed it in an interview a few months ago. And she didn't seem happy. Me neither. Sarah was one of my fav characters.
I have feeling we will get a off screen reunion in the series finale when madison will findout alicia is alive and where she is and will go meet her I would take that instead of alicia being killed off screen

The Forbes reviews are hilarious to read, so critical (but funny!), a blow by blow of each scene and very snarky. I like it. A good counterpoint to other reviews who think Fear is good/great.
I liked the episode until Troy turned up, that just ruined it for me. It’s ridiculous. Bringing back Travis would have been more feasible (he could have fell into trees and lived in the woods like Rambo for years). That said Colman Domingo’s performance throughout was amazing

I really liked this episode. Victor and his new man make such a handsome couple. Victor got more handsome even. Also, those jumping on Troy surviving while giving passes to old TWD epsiodes and other works of fiction in general are hypocrites. I'm all for realism, but I can suspended my disbelief to some extend.

I really love the first 3 Seasons but since Goldberg and Chambliss took over it got really worse. The ups and downs of the Characters - good bad good bad such lazy writing. Stupid Storys and funny Villians. But I've watched it since day 1 so I can't stop. I am German and the way Strand and some of the others talk is so cringe. The german Group are still living in the Apocalypse is so stupid they can't defend sh... t.
