I wanted to see Troy kill her because he did love Nick like a brother lol even though I did like Charlie’s character and the growth she made as a character over the seasons
It's crazy people will forgive Negan, a grown man who knows what he's doing when he bashes someones head in. But go wild when an 11-year-old girl shoots someone
But then again, Negan was reacting to a whole load of his people getting murdered in their sleep by a group that were essentially doing it for food from the Hilltop,
Those Charlie’s haters must be happy now. For me, she was just a kid while doing that thing to Nick. Yes she was responsible for nick’s demise but she was grown up in a broken world. She wasn’t properly raised to know what was right and wrong. Also she did that probably due to her natural impulse: what would you do if someone just s**t your beloved ones? She lived in her life with guilt and nightmares, later she was exposed to radiation. Those were more than gruesome to a child.
I don't like Charlie as a character, but I never hated for what she did because that just wouldn't make sense. She was just a kid and fan favorite characters, who are adults, have killed a person or have done worse. You can dislike how her character was written, but you can't dislike her as a person she isn't fundamentally a bad person.
Unexpectedly, I cried my face off over Charlie. I couldn't stop. I adore Daniel and I knew it was gonna destroy him. I think this is one of the best Fear eps in ages because it brought so many of our characters together for some legitimately emotional business.
I’m actually way more in on Troy now. Knowing that his real reasoning for doing this is for his daughter and the other children makes him a lot more redeemable. He was my favorite character in season 3 but I was iffy on his storyline for season 8 because of how…..simple it was. Just another revenge story. But now that we know the revenge is just a bonus for him, it’s a lot more enduring. Also in regards to the mother, it’s probably someone who Madison killed while working for Padre. Maybe she was trying to get Tracy for them.
I might just go back to my happy place of the whole thing finishing when the dam blew up, and that Travis survived his fall, Troy was dead, and everyone lived happily ever after ….. 😀
Madison saying if she hit Troy harder is the writers trying to justify why he's alive despite of the fact that she hit him twice and got a hole in his head.
When Iron Tiger pulls up and Madison gets held at gunpoint, I'm the guy in the Brown vest with a M16. I'm also seen behing the gas station hauling dead walkers while Madison and Strand talk. Amazing experience!!
I thought this last half of the season would feel rushed but I loved this episode. I really hope we see Alicia and Madison reunite for real and not in the afterlife.
I like where the story is going atm but god damn, SOOO many people with guns and intentions but no action. like when Charlie died I was so surprised that Daniel didn't just lit up all of them there and then.
Troy was my favorite character, he was broken from being a kid, he wasn't actually evil. when Madison attempted to kill Troy the first time, the look on Nicks face said it all, he started to think could she do the same to me.
these writers just think "it's the last season, we'll kill them all off. No one will care". YES WE BLOODY WILL. They should never be allowed to write again.
great episode with the dialog and story and action and setting, all that and the title fooled me, i thought iron tiger would be Alicia because of her claw arm, one thing i didn't like about the episode is it seemed like Troy sometimes cut off the right arm instead of the left one, also when Madison said if I just hit troy harder she would still be here that was unintentionally funny
Alexa is such an amazing actor and the only reason why I continued watching through Season 7. She plays emotion so well and I rooted for her to get more of a spotlight. She's the last of the Nick's Death Legacy and I'm like you, Nick was my favorite but I soon fell in love with Charlie and she's so fucking cute. Madison basically sent Charlie to her death and pushed it all on her. F Madison. Nick and Alicia, if they knew what their mother did to Charlie the girl they wanted to protect, they would never talk to Madison again. I remember something from Season 2, Nick was conversing Alicia about kids. He said something like it's sad that they have to grow up in this world and it shouldn't be that way. He was so good with kids. He would of protected Charlie from the world. From his own mother. Madison's a POS and one of the worst FTWD characters after what she did in this episode. Not even Troy would do something like that. Send a kid to do their dirty work. I really hope to see Alexa in more projects down the line. That girl can act and made me cry 3 times during this whole series. Season 4. Season 7 and Season 8 😭. I'd rather see this season being Madison forgiving Charlie and adopting her and renaming her Charlie Clark. That would of been amazing. The writers are dumb af and uncreative.
A thing that Charlie haters don't realize is that Charlie was literally groomed by the vultures, girl was brainwashed, our group of main characters saved her.
Not to mention she did what anyone would of done. She saw someone murder her caretaker, someone that was taking care of her. If any of us saw someone basically murder one of our parents we'd want revenge in that moment too. The haters are hypocrites lol. I wonder if the writers had John Dorie or Morgan accidentally killing Nick, would they get the hate too?
I’m sooooo annoyed 🤬 with Fear writers So Charlie who we reasonably assume had died bloody years ago (because we were told often she didn’t have long) turns up alive only to die. And so many of our characters were killed off screen by throwaway lines about them starving to death because they refused to accept food from Strand. What a pathetic reason….that group knew how to survive!!!!! And then we get to see “Anton” in his wonderful set up….come on writers our characters would’ve either accepted food or joined that group to survive, or even taken it over to exile Strand. Honestly don’t know if I can bring myself to watch the remaining episodes at all. Thank you for sticking with this….if I can’t stand to watch in full anymore I know I can watch your reactions here ❤ 🧟♀️
Not vibing with the unceremonious ends to all these main characters. Charlie, Sarah and Wendell have been around for half of the show's lifespan. Wish they had more than a throwaway line or a cameo appearance to bring their stories to a close.
I didn't like Charlie's end. I started to really like her, then she shoots herself after being gone like an entire season. Really stupid end in my opinion.
There was a wiki that same out that said Sarah Wendell and the Rabbi starved to death. In this episode Strand confirms the others died before he could get back to them which makes no sense at all. Lazy.
Good episode but madison goddamn COMMON SENSE WOMAN when someone in trouble on the walkie you dont want them to know who shes with and a 17 year old no less ..HELLOOOOO
The moment I finished watching this, I searched for your reaction specifically because I had to see your thoughts on this. I saw the warning at the beginning and it made my stomach drop because I figured that it meant a main character was going to die, and then I was like, "oh, wait, no, its because its relating back to the scene in the storm shelter with Alicia!" after a bit. I was wrong to let my guard down. I watched this yesterday, and I'm still grieving. On another note, I keep trying to rack my mind over who this girl might be. I keep thinking that we have to know her since they brought her up like that, but I can think of any female characters we met and didnt die within the dam situation. Unless, and this is far fetched, its that one girl with the pickaxe who helped out Alicia when she ran away? I have so many questions
Sorry not sorry bye Charlie I could never forgive the person who killed my child. How did she bounce back when she was at deaths door. She looked like she was gonna die any day. Then boom she look healthy and not sick.🤨🤔But it was a crazy episode dang I wished we could see everyone else.❤️💪🏾
I would have rather have troy kill charie then have charie kill herself. First of all it would have made Troy more of a villain and put some respect on Troys and Nick bond and second of all do you know how hard it is to kill yourself?? Charlie made that look easy

Glad you're still covering this show (and the spin offs). You're seriously like one of the last TWD reactors still with us.
Some will rejoice over Charlie's death while others will be saddened over her sacrifice.
She had to go, I just wish she would’ve gone in a blaze of glory 🙏🏽
I wanted to see Troy kill her because he did love Nick like a brother lol even though I did like Charlie’s character and the growth she made as a character over the seasons
I really hope Alicia is still alive and we get a scene of her and Madison scattering Nicks ashes
i bet the last episode is madison with both ashes

Yeah I’ve seen a lot of people making that point
@@katieoshaughnessy8086 It's most likely just the people who forgave Charlie haven't spoken out so all we hear is from Charlie haters
Because Negan killed some of the loving characters of The Walking Dead.. but Charli killed the one and only loving character of FTW..
