Jab T3, T4 and TSH normal hai, toh usko koi treatment nahi chahiye.
Jahan tak goitre ka sawaal hai,
A small goitre that doesn't cause symptoms may not need treatment.
In some cases, medication or surgery is required.

You can't tell if fasciculations are caused by ALS just by sight. ALS is firstly clinical weakness and atrophy. Fasciculations without those is not ALS.
