How can I close the Expatrio blocked account without visa process. I'm not applied for visa so, I don't have Rejection letter or cancellation letter from embassy. Expatrio gave a formula form 'Consular Certificate' . This form filled and where will I send to this form. Embassy or Expatrio? Those who know about this.. Help me please
Embassy have nothing to do with Expatrio's operations. You have to contact expatrio, explain them your situation, and they should initial the refund.
How can we get bank details from Expatrio to add into the Instarem? I do not see bank details as per you have given in the video.

The official statement says it's from Jan 2023. How much amount did you secure ??
If your appointment is post 1st Jan then 11208 is must, if your Residence Permit application will start post 1st Sep then again 11208 is must... I tried transferring the amount directly for Blocked Account via Kotak Bank, and it was so difficult.
Yeah, Kotak Bank can be painful. That's why 3rd party money transfer services can be better at times.

Where do you want to split the money? The money is in your blocked account right?
Your 06 form will show higher sum, which is fine.
And if you pay via Indian bank which are then converting and charging their rates then it should be based on the date they will make the transfer. That should be communicated to you by the bank.

Hi Rajat, through this method, in how many days does Expatrio receive the funds? And from where should I get that pdf to get the expatrio bank account details? I did not understand the process completely it's very complicated to make transfer. I am trying to avoid the 5% tax and so making payment from different family accounts. Kindly tell me what is a better and simple way that the expatrio receives funds asap. The A2 form of domestic transfer is also complicated and thrice we have to fill that form and upload. That process also i did not understand completely. When to download and when to upload as the account gives finish button once i mention the amount and go ahead to next page . I am seriously stuck here
Easiest way is to send money via bank transfer.
When you pick you method of money transfer, that either Expatrio’s internal gateway or via third party services like Instarem, then you will get details of their Indian bank account, usually you can get pdf to download in both case, which has account info and amount.
In case of Third party services you can initiate multiple payment transfers (so you total sum is transferred), therefor you will get multiple payment transfer details.
Then you have to add those Indian bank accounts to your Indian bank account and wait for 24 hour for full transfer limits to be enabled by banks.
To transfer via expstrio’s internal method - I think you have to make multiple transfer to same account if there is no separate option to initiate multiple transfer. Then you can just split the amount to be sent to them from multiple account but make sure to pure right into in text field related to transaction notes.
Post payment it can take 3-5 working days for them to acknowledge your payment and then a day or two max to send you 06 form.

Sir in expatrio i am not able to open my current account, specifically when I select commerzbank, it stops filling me my correct birth date. This problem is in all bank which partners with expatrio. Please help with that.
Please write an email to their support team. Fill their contact form, and attach any screenshot or screen recording if needed, they will fix the issue for you.

Upto 90 days of processing time is many times common for private masters... Wait till 90 days, hopefully you should get update... Else write email, embassy will be accountable to reply and give you explanation for delay...
If after 90 days, file is stuck in Germany, ask your Uni to contact with local Visa officer in Germany to proceed with your file faster...

For neft to Indian account you should put reference/transaction number of Instarem not Expatrio...
@@Rajat_Sharma_Vlogs I have completed the transaction from my bank after adding the given details of the Indian Bank by instarem. However when I transferred the money using online Banking (CUB) it had no option for remarks where I could mention the transaction ID. So I just sent them the money without adding the reference number.

After you have initiated a payment... You can download this pdf in payment sections using download button... This should also be sent to you over email...

@@vishakhakhandke Is your blocked account with Kotak mahindra bank? The video is only valid for IBAN based blocked accounts based out of Europe, i.e in case of Expatrio, Fintiba, Coracle... I am not sure of process of KMB blocked account...
@@Rajat_Sharma_Vlogs No. I went with expatrio and in my payments option I selected Domestic transfer and in transfer details form I got the details of Muthoot Finance. Sorry I wrote KTM earlier. So now I've done RTGS. I wanted to do it through Instarem but I think for that German account needs to be opened first and then that 05 Account opening confirmation is received and from which german account details can be filled in Instarem. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Can i pay money from niyo global card to expatrio? Since now i have to pay €11.417 for a value package, the total money conversion in niyo global shows its 9,70,000 INR but in instarem, wise and other third party shows 10,018,00 for converting €11.417 today. Can you please help me in suggesting a good one so that we no need to waste thousands of money in conversion. Thanks in advance.
So the thing is that you need a way to send money to German/European IBAN based bank account. Services like Western Union, wise, Instarem allow you to send money to their India account first, and then they send money to your European blocked account.
I am not sure if Niyo global card even provides this complete functionality or not.
Another thing to consider is that there is 5% tax if you pay more than 7 lakh abroad with single account. So it's usually recommended to split payment to account with different pan card associated.

No. Expatrio value package include travel insurance and then German health insurance as well post you will arrive in Germany.

If you want to transfer directly to blocked account without 3rd party, then still it's possible through bank account directly but it's more expensive mostly...
For 3rd party service like wise instarem Westerunion you have to transfer money to their Indian domestic accounts and then they move the money to your euro blocked account, this is usually cheaper...

I have initiated block account payment the way you mentioned. Will there be any problem by doing so like giving company name instead of my name. Because accnt name corresponding to my iban numbr right?.pls reply
You should give your name, because it's your account not company's Account... Some chance that transaction will fail otherwise...

Then only it would show status? Also I I paid some amount and uploaded the receipt in my payments. So I am doing it 3 times. So it would be fine right to upload 3x one after another in a time gap. Until, I send total amount right?
@@sairam-uz6vf Even partially send amount will start reflecting in blocked account as soon as it gets processed and is acknowledged by BA company.. You can merge all the payment proof as one document as upload it, each time you make new payment, merge the new receipt to the doc and re-upload it, so you will have all payment proof in single latest doc...

Without IELTS visa is possible sometimes - but Visa officer need to ensure good quality of English of candidates -
This is possible via -
- Face to face interview in case of Bachelors... (sometimes telephonic interviews are also done)
- Good English score in 12th class or bachelors...
- Good score in bachelors overall if the medium of study was English...
But even after these Visa officer if not convinced may ask for IELTS separately...
So you always have option to give IELTS before appearing for Visa if you think there are high chance in your case that you won't be asked for IELTS, or to give IELTS before appearing for Visa instead, specially if you are on tight timeline and cannot afford to delay your Visa processing by 2-3 weeks...

You will have to find a course which accept GAP and where you can justify that it will help you boost your career in a way that you cannot learn from a job directly.
For education recognition, you can check Anabin database, if your course has H+ rating then it is recognized in Germany, and it will have its equivalent course against it. Then accordingly you can see, which uni and course you can qualify for...

Both payments should be done under different Pan numbers. Then it should be fine.

Do you mean in Expatrio or Instarem? And document before money transfer or post money transfer?
If u are talking about the document you upload post payment as a proof, then you can remove old document and merge both into single pdf and upload them both as Single new file.
For any other, please send the document to Expatrio via email and mention to them your query.
