I tried to change the monthly amount from mobile but it never happened. I had to do it from the web because in mobile it does not work at all. Also I have not received any mTan verification code to connect my smartphone. I only received once when I opened the profile. Customer services are beyond terrible and the support center is totally useless since I only receive messages from an AI that cannot process anything.

Your parents can open it for you. Just write in the Google search: Fintiba blocked account for minors and you should be able to open it on the first website

Fintiba service is worst they don't reply 1st fintiba open my account in 2022, in 2023 i ask to reopen my account. They provide me link to transfer the amount, which i did. Now fintiba is saying that i have transferred the amount in by previous account which i opened in 2022 and amount should be reflect in the latest account Now they provide me the link to transfer, its there mistake and now they are not replying I also asked them to close the new account and provide me documents with the old one, so the said we have forwarded your case to sutor bank, so i reach sutor bank too personally, but they said they have nothing to do with it, fintiba will deal with Clearly they are making fool of me And its been 15 day. And my appointment at VFS is on 31 may 2023

if transfer funds before reactivation of closed account then its is possible.to transfer amount to new iban number from.closed account
