Hello there. Nice to see you again. We don't have much of a winter in the Vancouver BC area compared to Norway but the rest of the province is similar. One thing I would add with respect to the brake calipers is to make sure the pins that have the small boots on them are free to slide. I don't know the proper term for these but they often rust and refuse to move. I pull them out and apply antiseize. Cheers. Gordon
Very good tip, Gordon. I always forget something. Time to start making a check list so I can recall all bits'n'pieces to go through. Caliper glide bolts I believe those are called. Thanks for watching and contributing!
Hi Peter. It's just something I've done for years to prevent locks from freezing. But it's up to each one to determine the best lubrication. White lithium grease is not supposed to freeze at least. Thanks for watching.
Hi, yes I'll be publishing more video content. It's just taken me some time due to work and other projects going on. I have plenty of ideas and things to attend, so I hope to release more videos soon. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hi, is there any chance you could do a video on the roof heading trim replacement please? I want to replace mine and the sunroof trim as well. Cheers Tom
Hello Thomas. Is yours broken, or is it just sagging? I've got a little bit sag in one of mine and planned to fix it, just haven't found the time yet. Thanks for watching!
@@WorkOnP38 it's sagging so need to change it, I've got the new kit from a company called Martrim and the heat proof glue, might wait until the sprin/summer as I don't have a fantastic workshop like you have since I moved to the farm house.
Hi, thanks very much for doing these great videos. Really great Help. Just got my first p38 after some (about 20) Volvo Cars. Greetings from Austria.
