Dr. Berry I am no one, but I hold you in the highest regard and you brought a tear to my eye when you became the first Medical Practitioner that I have ever known to admit you were wrong and publicly confessed to causing physical harm to patients!!! Man, I wish you were my Doc, I have been following you for a while Sir, thank you for all you do! You should take that segment and make a short from it...the world needs to see how a proper physician should act!

My friend at the knitting group had just tested really high for pre-diabetes when she saw me after the lock-down after 4 months and 20 kgs down on the keto diet. She thought, either she has cancer or I have to talk with her. I told her all the food she can eat and under 20 carbs a day. She is now 7 months in and lost 25kg. When she went back to her doctor, who advised her to do it with medication, she was astounded and told her to carry on with what she was doing, and refused to take any money for the appointment as she had done nothing.

At the worst, it felt like the skin would split, but I could stand, and wear shoes. Could not do that when I had a gout flare-up.
Good news is.. all these issues have the same solution.. eat meat, drink water, and weight drops, gout disappears, diabetes gets under control, edema disappears.

My Dad always said "If you don't like black coffee, you don't like coffee!" I was raised on black coffee, but when the flavored creamers came out, I wanted to try them. Now I have to have it creamy and sweet. Thank God for MCT8 oil (I use powdered) a few drops of stevia and sometimes a little natural orange flavoring. I still want to get back to black.

Hi, It very well be the grains etc. that the hogs are fed when they are alive. I have an allergy to Latex and have to be very selective when eating meats. Latex is a sap from a lot of plants, However most people are unaware that a lot of our vegetables, fruits, and nuts absorbs latex and we eat on a daily basis. Pork is usually are fed grains etc. which has a lot of Latex in them. The hog passes the latex on to us after it builds up in its flesh that we eat. I would suggest the person (or anyone) who is allergic to certain meats, that they go to a dermatologist and be tested for Latex allergy. There is a lot of information on which foods that has latex in them. You may find that these plants etc. that we eat may be your answer.

In regards to breast feeding. Not everyone can breast feed. I tried really really hard with my first baby to do it and I just didn't produce enough for her to eat. I consulted a breastfeeding nurse many times but my daughter was starving. Please don't make people feel bad for not being able to do it. Not everybody can. Sometimes our bodies just won't.

Listening to your advice to someone concerned about being able to breastfeed and what formula is best, I agree with your response but just wanted to put in a plug for the LeLache League. There is LeLache League’s book, The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding. Very helpful when I was nursing my first child. It’s a strange world when a woman needs a support group to successfully nurse a baby! My mother said her milk was too thin. She could not believe that my chunky baby was getting enough from breastfeeding! The book and league were a great help to me! Thank you for your informative videos!

In one session, I learned about two "odd" experiences since going carnivore 3.5 months ago! Plague behind my front lower teeth and crystals coming out of my skin...BOTH were noticeable and caused questions for me...had no idea they was related to my change in diet! Have lost 15 pounds and feel great. Also have far less pain from broken bones in my foot from car accident since going carnivore!
    Thank you for your insight!

Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Originally from Europe. 61 yo. Went on Keto gradually. In 3 months was Down 15 lb and off all meds. After running my blood tests my doc was amazed and said do what ever you’re going. Now… I’m on Carnivore for a week… Kinda keeping it to my self, because people have very weird reaction to that information. I don’t care and will continue at least for 90 days. 15 lb to go to my ideal weight 😉
Amazing thing is that toning up becomes so easy even in my age!

I've been thinking about the exercise before or after eating thing. It seems like at the point humans were hunting megafauna there'd be a lot of physical activity before during and after hunting. There's hunting, then butchering, then hauling meat and hide back to the tribe on their back or maybe a travois. Also, I doubt they waited until they were hungry to hunt because hunting large game requires finding the game, coordination and planning. Waiting to hunt until you're hungry might be fine for hunting small game. There's probably things that don't keep/travel well that they ate while butchering, maybe even raw.

I am watching from the netherlands, three months ago I went from 6yrs vegetarian (high carb😢) to back to meat, a month ago went (back) to LCHF and three days ago to carnivore. Love it! 2mad now, naturally, never thought I could ever do that, was always hungry. And I quit smoking couple days ago, because my stress and anxiety are so low now. Joint pain is gone after 5 days LCHF, so almost a month without pain! I am 42 yrs old and I have had hypertension for almost 30yrs, on meds for that a couple of years now. Today I got really dizzy and measured my bp, it was so low, I think I need to stop taking the meds…o and I have lost 5 kilos in just this first month of LCHF/carnivore.
Keep up the good work doc! You have given me the confidence to take the step to carnivore!🥰🥳😘
