This is a great stretch. Haven't done it in a while. When I realized we'd missed the runner's lunch and hamstring stretch on the right, I just added it on at the end 😃
Am I confused or did we miss a whole set of the deep lunges on the other leg? haha maybe I'm just confused. A lot of times I can't watch while I'm doing the moves so I rely on what Sydney says to us to know when to switch up. Anyway, I feel so amazing after that stretch, as always!

This was challenging but great! The figure 4 stretch was different for me. Outside of being a chef, I worked a double this week, plus walk at least a mile to work, but did extra walking too with a back pack on . I try focusing on my posture, but my back was still a nuisance. This back stretch was helpful!! Plus I’m thinking about a backpack with wheels, to save my back, hehehe.

I haven't got equipment either but I save all her "no equipment " videos. I you do that then you probably would end up with a massive playlist which you can rotate at your own comfort.
Sydney...you read my mind. My back jas been sore/tight for while now. I know what to do-onsistently stretch. Question....how do I improve my downward dog? It's my least favorite pose....however, I still want to improve. Are you going to say that I need to shift my mindset....okay, downward dog is the pose I want to strive to actively engage in for longer periods. I really liked and needed this workout. Yes. One side was missed. I went back in the video to check. I did the other side on my own

i don’t have dumbbells too but i improvise!! with bottles with sand for example
