ikr same its been like 8 months for me I started with Chloe ting then Emi wong and I tried so many ytbers AND I HATED CARDIO WHILE I DID THOSE YTBERS then a ytber recommended Sydney and I checker her out I realized that I push myself more AND YKW I LOVE CARDIO NOW. for me other fitness ytbers are quite easy for me and I would always recommend Sydney to ppl who want intense workouts btw I'm 15

I’m doing your current Strong program, so today is rest. I wanted to work on my stretches and love yoga and found this! Love it, but my arms are so sorry from yesterday’s arm workout that I barely managed the chaturanga, whoa! Feeling Strong 💪🏼

I like that this wasn't trying to be traditional yoga. It was more like a yoga-inspired stretch flow, and it was perfect.
