One cool thing about doing your older workouts on this July 2022, besides the permanent high quality you bring to them, is how we get to hear songs that got so familiar back then but that got shelved and that we didn’t hear in a while. 😊

There were chronic pains I had in my back and knees for many years and little did I know, I just needed Sydney to help me strengthen areas that I didn’t realize were weak. When I started this channel in May I remember watching Sydnee doing the snatch n press with 20lbs n I thought no way can I do that. I started with 10lbs n today n I did 20 n last round 25lb. I felt soo strong n Ive lost 13 lbs n more importantly I’m way stronger than ever n tone. Thank you for this channel it’s the best thing that came out of Covid 😊❤️
