    Hi Cysters! In this video, I show you how to have more energy with PCOS and what's causing the fatigue in the first place...you'll also see some behind the scenes in Barcelona! Let me know in the comments if you struggle with fatigue even after a full night of sleep...I've been there!

    This is the best channel I've come across for PCOS management! None of the doctors were able to explain why my hormones were imbalanced. But I learnt it from your videos. Thank you so much! I have already started applying your tips from the past 2 months. And guess what? After eliminating gluten from my diet for only 30 days i am now free from dysmenorrhea. I used to suffer for decades now i can do my routine work even during my periods. I have no words to appreciate the effort you put into these videos and i am awed by your knowledge that even doctors are not aware of. God bless you! Keep making these awesome videos.

    I love this channel, I just recently found out I have PCOS and I feel like I have all 4 types 😞. I love the idea of trying to go gluten free for 30 days! I'm already dairy free bc it doesn't agree with me in general. Many gluten free options seem to be expensive and out of most people's budget. Could you do a video on how to go gluten and dairy free for PCOS on a budget??? This would be so helpful thank you❤️

    Hi Tallene! Omg this is so informative. And omg I can relate. I struggle staying awake during the day even though I get a good night sleep. I do eat enough food, drank water, take a nap, but I am still feeling sleepy so I nap some more. I like to go out, but then I feel groggy so I give myself time to sleep. When I wake up i expect to see if I could get energy, but that doesn’t really happen.
    I like coffee even when it’s bad for my anxiety.
    Sometimes I think I’m always sleepy, bc probably I always overthink and feel sad.
    Thank you for sharing this kind of information. It really help me.

    My cortisol are normal but I'm having anxiety, moodiness, and very tired all the time what do u think it causes?
    My insulin is normal My blood sugar are normal and still having symptoms of insulin resistance like craving and central obesity I don't know what to do .
    I hate pcos

    • @PCOSWeightLoss
      @PCOSWeightLoss  2 роки тому +8

      Cortisol levels can rise and fall during the day and depending on what you are doing! I would recommend taking note of when you seem to be anxious! Is it after a cup of coffee? Is it after a workout? Knowing when and why you are getting anxious can help address that anxiety 💖

      Im the same, just started doing night shifts this week. I usually sleep 8 hrs a night, I thought I would sleep the same amount during the day now, but I got about 5 hrs... however, I had green tea on the first 2 nights because I thought I would need it, but I managed to do the last 2 without any caffeine and I had no problem staying awake. Maybe thats something you should try too. I guess my cortisol level is over the roof now, thats why I cant sleep during the day. Im thinking about taking cbd to see if that helps me sleep. You might want to look into it too.

      Not using sleep time for actually sleep is one of the worse things u can do for ur body 🥺 I have hormonal imbalances and gained 30 pounds within 2-3 months by not sleeping at night and my mood swings went haywire. I can’t explain the science behind it in my own words but day sleep is not the same as night sleep. There’s research behind it.

    Do NOT drink decaf coffee. First off, there's still caffeine in it, & second, they use a lot of chemical processing to make it decaf. Although we can't fully avoid chemicals in our environment, we can do it best to avoid products with endocrine disruptors.
