Great to see the Queen able to attend this deeply important event for her.
And, it was wonderful to see her escorted by their so, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York who has so often escorted his Mother. It was a welcome sight indeed. May God Bless Them.

She looks so frail.
It was so wonderful to see her Majesty attend today's memorial. She looked lovely as always.
Yes it is
I’m an American, and this made me cry and yet be filled with awe and admiration for the Queen. Proud of my 86% DNA from GB. How lucky GB is to have such a Queen, and to have had Prince Phillip. This truly is a once in a lifetime age and I’m privileged to be part of it. What a brilliant way to show her support for Prince Andrew, who was not found guilty of anything.
Such a sad, sad day, not just for the Royals but for the country.
So glad the Queen was able to attend, it just shows the strength of mind her Majesty has. Long may she reign.
Wow! 👍
You're speaking for the whole country are you, because its not a sad day for me.🤔
@The Order of Malkiy-tsedeq Deuteronomium 32:2 for this today s memorial.
And Deut. 32:5 suits many. As well "normal folks', wouldn't that be true...
So does Deut. 32:15...
But hey, especially some folks must repent.
And Prince Philip is purified now in the heavens! ☁️💫💦❤
The late Prince Philip had silently and steadfastly supported HMTQ and BRF. He was a great gentleman, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, too.

Her strength and her determination to serve this country is admirable, I have so much love and respect for my queen.
How is having servants attended to you at every moment of your life - service?
Girl power all the way ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏 God bless the queen
@@rrickarr : Are you suggesting Her Majesty should be preoccupied with hoovering acres of carpet and mowing the estate grounds ? Cleaning hundreds of square yards of glass, fixing the leaks in the roof, doing laundry and shopping and preparing her own food ?
She was, not by choice born to a role, the demands of which she has fulfilled with dignity and poise for seven decades. Well beyond a time when others would have expired or allowed themselves rest. Her sense of duty and commitment to serving her people is rightly celebrated and appreciated by millions.
Your remark is petty and foolish.

GREAT to see the Queen.
What absolute joy to see Her Majesty fit and able to attend this emotional tribute to her love, her partner, her “strength and stay.”
Ditto
Just a pity who came with her
The Queen looks more mobile here. Standing and with no wheelchair. That’s encouraging to see despite the circumstances of the event.
Princess Beatrice was just so emotional in her tears when her grandmother walked in and when she smiled so brightly at something that was said about her grandfather. You can see the love that she had for him. So glad that the Queen could attend the service and it was so sweet to see Prince Andrew walk her in and out.
Prince Andrew is disgusting.
I'm so glad HR could be there but I truly wish another could have walked with her.

@The Order of Malkiy-tsedeq thank you Sir
Sir ?
@The Order of Malkiy-tsedeq Do you realize that the UK is an explicitly Christian nation? The national anthem is "God Save the Queen," and every monarch since Henry VIII has been styled "Defender of the Faith."
This service was far from blasphemous, and God the Son told his followers to respect earthly authority.
@@roberthudson1959 which was given to him by the Pope he and was just for his lifetime ( Henry viii )
@@roberthudson1959 Defender of the Faith was a title given to the young King Henry viii, for a treatise he wrote in defence of Roman Catholic teaching. Of course this was before he split from Rome and became head of the Church of England. The title has been on our coinage since Henrys time. Look around the edges of all of our coins, pre decimal and after. You will see F.D. it stands for Fidae Defensor. This is Latin for Defender of the Faith, a title to Henry and his successors. Its sometimes taken to mean the Church of England, of which every monarch since Henry has been the head of the Church of England. (Not the Roman Catholic, which is the Pope), and not the many other faiths within the UK. Prince Charles said many years ago that he would adopt it to be Defender of Faiths, which is fitting in a multicultural society. 🙏

I have so much respect for Queen Elizabeth. Even though she is feeling the pain of advanced age, she seemed determined to not only attend, but to also walk and stand with poise, dignity, and strength. The same traits she has shown for her entire reign. All the events she has attended in all those years on the throne... I wonder if she saw this as her most important one?
I am sure she saw this as the most important after all this is about love of her life
For sure. This was about a man who was by her side for almost her entire life. And she had to be be there to pay tribute to him. So bless her for doing so.

The Queen said those poignant words when she was a still a princess about ruling the country and commonwealth, and still she reigns supremely.
God Save The Queen
Glad she was well enough to attend the Thanksgiving Service for Philip (may he RIP).
Philip was her rock and soul mate, and I thank her closeknit family for stepping up to the plate when necessary and assisting HM when required, where Prince Philip once would have.
She never said anything about ruling "the country" (which one?) and Commonwealth. She wouldn't utter something so pompous and inaccurate.
And wasn’t it wonderful seeing William and Kate in Jamaica last week. The way Kate spoke to those poor little African children was so sweet! At least the Queen knows the RF is in good hands.
The monarch doesn’t rule. They reign. Upon ascending the throne, she pledge duty and service to the nation and the Commonwealth family.
@@tomthomassony8607 Jamaica also asked or told the prince they want to be independent......why should English rule/ reign over the world forever?! The bible says the devil rules the earth

Sort of met prince Phillip when he and queen visited the Isles of Scilly. The Queen looked lovely in green and she said hi to some elderly residents from a care home and watched local children do maypole dances. Prince Phillip looked very smart and stood tall and dapper and he came and spoke to the crowds who were lines up at the side of the road. He was friendly and jokey. They then went to a local hotel for lunch. I felt sorry they were not able to be free like us visitors and go on the beach and enjoy the beauty of the sunny day. A policeman asked if my dd wanted to give the queen flowers but as we hadnt been aware of her visit and theres not too many shops selling good enough flowers which wouldntnof had soggy bottoms we had to decline ... what a shame. The Queen would of liked her as our dd has a lovely smile. A day to remember
Remember Prince Phillip in Canada. My sympathy goes to the family on this day they grieve. May tomorrow bring sunshine asnd peace.
@harry macdonald Does it matter? For 70 years she has served the country and gave everything to see it evolve and grow. THIS matters.
@harry macdonald There hasn't been an English royal family for over 300 years and they most certainly weren't German.
Any other dumb questions?
@harry macdonald it is the British Royal Family. England just happens to be one of the countries, and obviously Buckingham Palace is the official residence. The other countries are Scotland🏴 Wales 🏴 and Northern Ireland. The South of Ireland is a Republic and not a part of the UK since 1916 uprising, but we are friends. HMTQ was invited to visit Eire, (the Republic) a few years ago and was warmly welcomed. So please dont just speak of England, we are three united countries, separately governed, but united as a kingdom, with HMTQ as our monarch. Btw, she and her late husband are extremely fond of Scotland, and spent summers, Christmas and as much other time as possible there. HMTQ mother was Scottish, so she has Scottish blood in her veins, as do her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 🏴 🏴🏴
@harry macdonald Queen Victorias husband Albert was a German prince. Saxe Coburg was his family name. During WW1, the British royal family name was changed to Windsor by the King and has remained so. Prince Philip was related by blood with the last Szar of Russia. When the remains of the Russian Royal Family were found some years ago, Prince Philip was asked to donate DNA sample, along with other specific European royals in order to identify if the remains were the Romanoff family, before their bodies ( what was left of the skeletal remains), were interred with a lovely religious ceremony in one of the great Russian Orthodox cathedrals, but not sure now if it was Moscow. So Philip, was a prince in his own right, a prince of Greece, and related to other royalty in Europe, thanks to Queen Vicorias many offspring being married to other royal families.
@@bayousbambino427 well Queen Victoria's husband Albert was German, that count? Smh

@john tower She is the Queen . That's all that matters. 😁
@john tower and the world is a better place because of it.
@john tower God knows what he is doing. That is why we should never question God. God knows best. 🙏I
@john tower she hated her because her uncle king abdicated to marry Wallace. This meant his younger brother, Elizabeths father became king. The stress of that, plus WW2 only a few years later, affected his health through heavy smoking. This led to his early death in 1952 and his eldest daughter becoming queen for the next 70 years. Both she and her mother blamed Wallace for King Georges early death.
@john tower LOL. It still doesn't change the fact that she's a beloved Queen by many people around the globe. I sp'ose you and your family are experts @ being dysfunctional , so you would know. 🤣
