Thank you very much for this tutorial! it's the best tutorial on youtube! Is it the original recipe to marinate the beef with honey?😳 I'm scared to use honey coz it might taste weird...
Thank you so much for the kind words! I think honey is better for health than sugar, so I often use it when cooking. If you don't like adding honey, you can add sugar. Hope this works for you!
Honey doesn't have an overbearing taste when used as a marinade, but it breaks down and tenderizes the meat. Honey and pineapple juice are amazing in bulgogi marinade.
You made bibimbap today! Actually, it takes a lot of effort and time to prepare the ingredients for bibimbap, so I'm so proud of you for making it. Thank you for sharing and leaving a comment!👍👍👏👏

Substitute soya paneer for the meat. I cube mine and freeze it the night before. Then I reheat in a pan with a little oil before adding. The Indian soya paneer already seems to have much less liquid than tofu so it performs well in this recipe like pressed tofu.

Great to hear that you'll be making bibimbap! Musaengchae (radish muchim) can be consumed within a week. However, for other foods, I would recommend consuming them within 2-3 days even if stored in the fridge. Thank you for the good question! Happy cooking!😊

You can store the radish salad for about a week. However, I'd recommend you to store other veggies for 2 to 3 days or so. Thank you for the good question!
Ms. Chung, did you have any suggestion or any tips to keep the rest of ingredients for next use,, the rest of ingredients I talk about is, all those blanched and seasoned vegetables,, is it better to keep it in fridge inside a container box? can we reheat it if so? I made unnecesarrily amount of those blanched and seasoned vegetables and the rest of ingredients can feed me for next lunch/dinner ( I made it for breakfast),,
Wow, I am so proud of you! When you have leftover bibimbap ingredients, it's recommended to store them in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days. When you're ready to eat, you can simply place the leftover ingredients on top of warm rice and mix them together. If you prefer, you can also reheat the ingredients slightly before adding them to the rice. Thank you for trying out my recipe and sharing! :)
So glad to hear that you are going to make bibimbap! Koreans usually use short grain rice. I used short grain rice in this video. Thank you so much for the kind words! Happy cooking!😊🥰
