Bentonite clay. Make sure you use it exactly as directed. There are other things like Sparkolloid, Kieselsol, Chitosan...probably some others. There is also just giving it time. (6 months late but there you go)
What about the gases that come out from the fermentation, especially during the first 21 days?! I saw you closed the lid completely without keeping fermentation gases from leaving the bottle! It might explode!
You can boil another yeast mixture separately and all the yeast will die then add to wine. It will act as nutrients to the existing yeast and replacement for wheat.
I have a bigg doubt In black greaps there is 2 types sour one and sweter one which is You used Which one is better and which one is contain more alcohol 😊😊😊😊
If you dont add egg white ,Wine won't get clear texture faster...u will have to wait for longer time ... If the texture doesn't matter to you, then there is no need to add...taste will be fine...

You can ...but u will get lesser quantity with good quality wine....u can reduce sugar to the minimum if using only grapes..

We have not filled the bottle fully...also everyday we open once and stir for 21 days...

Adding wheat does not serve any purpose. It is not at all a natural yeast
