    Very meticulous process of making wine.
    Learned a lot from your channel.
    I usually make grape wine without adding water and without yeast.
    I let them age for few months, it taste good but only small quantity I get from it.
    I loved your video..
    Thanks a lot for sharing

    Hallo Sir, what kind of yeast you have used to get 15-20% alcohol content? Normally ordinary yeast produces around 8 -10% alcohol. Red Star or Lalvin EC1118 dried wine yeast produces around 18% alcohol. These yeasts are very expensive. Each 5 gram packet costs around Rs220 to Rs350. Moreover this yeast has to be imported, minimum quantity: 10 packets.
    Please let me know which yeast you have used.
    I used Redstar wine yeast to make banana wine. I got very good result. I added yeast nutrient which had to be imported.
    Additionally I also used Tamarind juice and citric acid as acid blend and a big cup of strong black tea.
    Do you suggest the same acid blend, yeast nutrient and black tea for Grape Wine?
    Thanks.

    Amazing!! Thanks for the detailed video and explaining the process. Though I work in an MNC, still love to cook. I enjoy making different dishes and enjoy with all.
    Enjoying good wine and scotch which all like and if it's self made wine?? Then it's nothing better.
    It would be helpful if you kindly explain hiw you are defining the alcohol content. Kindly share the instruments you used and how you sanitize and it's availability.

      Hi Mr. Kenneth, thanks for such a positive feedback. Yes you can add a handful of clean organic wheat. It will enhance the flavors. There won't be any negative effect. Thanks for watching 🙏

      Wheat provides nutrients to the yeast especially b-vitamins so that wine gets stronger.

    Thorough process. Nicely explained. But I tend to use double the amount of grapes and half the amount of sugar as grapes have their natural sugar, so the taste is obviously better. But hats off to you. Just loved your video. Thanks so much

      There is mathematical calculation to how much actual sugar you need. Using pure grape juice for wine enables it to survive several years during ageing. If you use water, then you need to drink it soon.

      Hi Rohan, to be honest, it can only be calculated based on formulas. But if you are regularly making batches, even the smell or taste can give you a fair idea. However, the best way to notice the level of alcohol is to feel the heat it produces when you take the first sip. Thanks for watching and following!

    This process is very effective. Can u please tell me this proportion is applicable for red wine?

    • @MGTheories
      @MGTheories  2 роки тому

      Thats entirely a different recipe. Proportions will not help, process is different.

    Very thorough explanation and step by step procedure. I have made my wine exactly as per your process, but even after siphoning, and puttin it back in the glass container, I still see sedimentation and a fermanted layer on top of the bottle. Pls advise what should I do. Should I siphone again with a small tube and again get a clearer wine??

    • @MGTheories
      @MGTheories  2 роки тому

      Try to wait for a couple of days and see siphoning works to make it more clear. If that doesn't work, the only solution would be using a coffee filter paper. That will filter out all sediments and make it crystal clear. Thanks for watching and sharing a positive feedback!

    hello, good recipe . . should I just cover the container with cloth or close the lid and make it air tight . . what difference between both if i cover with just cloth and air tight with lid . . in some indian wine videos the maker have just cover it with cloth and not air tight.

    • @MGTheories
      @MGTheories  3 роки тому

      If you cover with close, wine will keep on oxidizing.
      If you will make it air tight like I did, oxygen will not spoil the taste.
      For better taste, either you use the airlock or make it airtight and keep an eye on pressures inside the containers.
      Good luck and thanks for encouraging feedback!

      @@MGTheories itz simple,
      Use air tight container,
      Make a hole of size pipe u hav,
      Put it one end in cap of Ur container, sealed hole,
      Other end dip in a bottle of water❤️.simple
      So that gas will pass out as bubble.
      But,
      No air get in the container😀.

    Nice video. Please let me know how will we ensure this is safe to drink? Is there any lab to certify the safety?

    • @MGTheories
      @MGTheories  2 роки тому

      Thanks for the feedback Mr. Amar, this drink is safe as it has not gone through any distillation process. The poisonous liquers are produced which go through distillation process only. You have used real fruit and just used edible yeast and sugar, do you think it could be harmful? Any other white wine is produced with the same recipe. Don't worry, if you have followed/or will follow the recipe exactly as shown, it can't be harmful by any means. Hope it helps!

      Hi Mr Raja, thanks for the encouraging feedback. Channels is all about respecting the viewers. खड़े मसाले साउथ इंडियन वाइन में पड़ते हैं। ये रेसिपी इटालियन है। आप चाहे तो दाल सकते हैं, पर मौसम देख लीजिएगा। गरम मसाले थोड़ी गरम तासीर के होते हैं। Hope it will help, thanks for watching and Good luck. Try to keep it simple, you will love it.
