Cooking is my Passion. Over the years, i have learned to cook a variety of traditional delicacies mainly from the Coastal Mangalore region.
I am presenting the videos of those wonderful items here every week.

Along with the Mangalorean Cuisine, i am also posting the traditional recipes of our neighboring state Kerala, also called as "God's own Country", which are supported by some expert keralite friends, and are truly delicious.

You will also find some delicacies from the Middle eastern Arabic Cuisine, where i am living from past several years, as well as some fusion recipes.
