Last year I made three bottles of wine out of my grapes from my garden I had so much grapes that I was so tired squeezing.i got this harvest after few years,I usually make juice and get it over with.thank you for sharing,if I get grapes this year i will try to use this method.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That looks amazing. You make me want to grow some grapes. I have been looking at brewing beer, but this is much less complicated. Thanks for sharing.
😍😍😍😊
@@CraftVillage hey can I make wine like this but can I skip the part where you open it and mixing it everyday. Can I bury it
@@regular_thingsJust make a hole in the lid and fix an air lock tube . If you do not open, the gases formed inside will break the glass
I don't drink wine but I watched it to know how make it.I think it is the perfect way to make it like you.

Perfect 👌 ❤️after 20 days your fermentation is finished, then we should change the wine in the bottle without contact with the air, right?
Yea... thank you.. 🤝👍😍
How to avoid contacting with air when we open the fermentator and stir it?
Excellent information

Great video !!! You have a lot of patience, and that is very admirable. I have 10 lbs of wild grapes in my freezer and i was thinking of making wine out of it, that's when I found your channel. Thank you so much! But for the amount of time spent making it, I choose not to. I am going to make grape jelly instead.
😊😊 anyway thank you so much 🤝👍😍
@@CraftVillage How can I make it alcoholic red wine or after those numbers of days does it turn to alcoholic red wine?
You did not say of quantity. How many liters we get for 4kg grapes and 1.5kg sugar.
Wow good job 👍👍
Thank you😍
Thank for sharing !❤❤🎉🎉😊😊
You are so welcome
good job! adding spices is amazing idea (Y) but i think first 20 days close jar tightly with tape band is wrong. beacuse it's active fermentation time- souring is impossible. close with cheesecloth is enough. Greetings from İstanbul..
Thank you dear for your great comments... i will care my next video.. 🤝🤝😍😍👍👍
Many years ago I too had prepared wine with the guidance of my friend in the same way, but without adding spices and I had tied cloth around the neck of the jar. Your video is inspiration for me to once again prepare wine.
Very helpful. Your video was so clear and got the correct idea about how to make wine at home. Thank u
Thank you so much...🤝🤝👍
I will try to make this delicious drink 😋😋

Hi. That's such a great video! Is this what they call table wine? We enjoy more dry wine than sugary one. Do I have to do anything differently? Thanks.
If you are try to make, make same as this... awesome recipe.... thank you
I made this once. It's very sweet to start with, but after 3-4 months it's drier and very strong. The fumes can get you drunk!!!
@@kumirebecca yea i stored this 6 months...after six months that was awesome...
@@CraftVillage how did you store it to make it more dry?
For a stronger taste, Should I let it sit longer with the grapes or without grapes?
This is how I do mine but I add more boiled cooled water so it is not like a syrup.
This was a amazing vine... not a syrup, i made this without water...
Alcohol kitna % hai?
Kya nasha hota hai?
Mujhe to ye grapes 🍇 juice lag raha hai
Amazing ,🍷🍷 cheers
Thank you... 🤝👍😍
Super👍👍
Thank you...🤝👍
Are we not suppose to cover it with a cloth for 21 days ?
Nice video, what is the difference between adding water and not adding water? Most of the videos have used water where as you haven't. Please let me know and also can I use seedless grapes? . Thanks.
Yes you can use every grapes and if you don't put water the wine is going to be stronger😇😊.
@@twobrothers8163 thank you.

Hi, I have made a wine seeing this video. I had got a good result.
I tried the second time, after one day nearly three glass of juice came out of the glass Container. Is that fine or should I do something about it.
The liquid that came out of container, can we pour back into container or filter it and consume?
First giving you lot of thanks for you tried to make our video...if come out juice better don't use again 🤝🤝👍
Thanks for the beautiful video, but I have a question..What are the spices..Can you answer my question?
Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Bay leaf... ect thank you.. 🤝🤝👍😍

Thank you so much, im from India
Do we have to stir the wine everyday?
Until you remove the pulp.Stirring is done so that the top fruits don't dry out.
Thanks for the video and I have a few questions.
What are the spices?
why did you add wheat? Is it for flavor or just nutrient for yeast to ferment?
wheat is for body
@@jvvm2004 thanks
Good worke and all that
Thank you... 🤝👍
Excellent
Thank You... 🤝👍😍
Nice, how much u have spent for the preparation and how many liter you got. How many days we can use the wine?
Under 400rs only, and i got 1.5 litter supper vine... nd one litter i used after 6 months that was awesome 😘😋😋🤝👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can we use barley instead of wheat?
🤝🤝👍👍
Barley increases the alcohol content. If you want more alcohol add little rice too. You will get around 12% v/v.
@@greengeorge135 can we add normal rice ,I have added wheat (sooji gothamb)
Fantastic

Should the wine be kept away from light during this process? What temperature and lighting is needed?
Yea, keep this from direct sunlight... Better a dark place...🤝👍

Thank You... 🤝👍😍
Is it uncooked wheat?
Yea.... 🤝🤝👍👍
Craft Village what do you think the alcohol content is?
Is it important to add wheat and spices?
I made wine yesterday with the same ingredient except wheat and spices but I added water as well.
I think wheat must one, nd i made without water... Anyway thank you 🤝👍
No need of water
Thank you for your video
You are welcome dea...🤝👍 thank you
Thanks sir
welcome dea...
Can rice be added in place of wheat coz theres no wheat here in my place?
No please don't add rice...make without wheat, no problems. Ok thank you.. 🤝🤝👍👍
I make this wine already I didn’t open it every day and I couldn’t drink it down like you because it very strong 💪
😄😄😄✌️✌️
The reason being - wheat
Wheat or broken wheat is used to increase the strongness in home made wine, he mixed the wheat into the whole mixture. What I did is, pack handful or 200gm of wheat in a cloth pouch and put it with the mixture and take it out after 15 days so that the wine is not too strong to drink 👍
And if you feel it's not strong enough, you can keep it stored underground (i literally dug a hole in the ground) for a few days 😊
@@rahulunni7057 great explanation 👌🏽 I was wondering how to increase the alcohol 😅 could I used oats also instead of wheat?
…excellent
😍😍
Very good explanation very good videos do more videos

Without airlock this is bomb.

Very cloudy. After the 1st rack, the wine should be set aside for a week or 2 for the sediments to settle. The second racking ( process of collecting the fermented juice) it should be siphoned leaving the " must" (sediments from fermentation) behind. You will loose some wine, but you get clear wine with no dirty sock taste. This wine will have a nasty flavor with all the sediments in it. You wont know unless you have tasted properly made wine.
I believe the must is the pulp and crushed fruit. The sediment that consists of dead yeast cells that sink to the bottom of the container is called the lees.
Very long and tedious recipe which is so easy. I better stick to my recipe. All the best to the others who don't mind going through this process
Don't know where in the video you saw a dirty sock 🤔 all I saw was a very bright white cloth.
May the Lord have mercy on you

Thank you... 🤝👍
Don't you think sealing the jar with tape can be risky because fermentation can cause the bottle to explode, normally we just tie the mouth with a cloth and put a rubber band around and then every day you are putting fresh tape, not only tedious but expensive because for how many days you will do it you might use 2 rolls of the tape
can you share your recipe for home wine
Yes you are right
Yes,
I followed this recipe one night it blasted entire home is smelled. My cats ranaway and never came back. Sound like atom bomb. I used sprite bottle😝

@@adelkamal7387 I think wheat supports for fermentation process.
For fermentation process wheat is necessary 🙏
Just watching 😂😂
Don't want to try it
Ooh it's k.. thank you🤝👍
Very good well done. I personally don't think you need the boxing tape, during the fermentation process, oxygen isn't a big problem, you could literally leave the container cover with just a cloth. I love the idea of the malt and spices added to the must. It would be interesting to see the product after a 6 months aging in bottles.
👍🏻👍🏻

If u want pure then u have to take efforts 🤔
You could have filled little less ingredients about 75% of the container and everything would be ok. I have made the same recipe and stirred daily twice. First stage to be completed by 21 days, strain and add remaining sugar. Leave for 6 months to a year for best taste.
