If someone paid off our mortgage, I would wake up every day at 5am to buy groceries and come to their house to cook breakfasts. Then clean the whole place and go to work.
That poor girl that died because of her uncles carelessness 😢 finally had a chance to get better and he ruined it because he was bored. How selfish can you be
The same greed for money in a small scale, somebody has a small business with with a good car and a decent house. To shut up the family she told them that the car is from the "job"😂😂😂, even thought it was hers.
My sister's husband makes a lot of money and they're very well off. Some people in their lives constantly ask for money and it's really gross. That man works so hard for it and he doesn't owe anyone anything.
I can’t imagine the audacity these people have. Especially the EC and SIL. I can’t believe things went on this long. What a strong family to stand up to people over and over.
i was relistening to this story as i'd forgot the details but god when it came onto the section about the dying girl i instantly remembered how she died and got mad. some people are so careless its disgusting
I followed this saga on reddit. It was one blow after another. The entitlement of SIL and BIL was unbelievable and the fact that the kids turned out to be so grateful to their aunt and uncle despite their parents (except youngest) was heart-warming. I really hope MIL can work on herself so she can have a good relationship with op and her family in the future.
Remember this being covered on Instagram as it was happening. I'm so angry at the uncle that got the little girl killed after the parents had signed with OP for money to get the surgery that would save her. Now they're instead paying to bury the daughter and donate in her stead.
@fl-ri- That still too young, she barely started her life. And from the looks of it, she might have been in hospital since she was teenager. And now she is gone because of her stupid uncle.
OP should consider dropping charges for people who can provide proof that entitled SIL was the instigator. Especially if SIL lied or grossly exaggerated things.
God just... My brain literally cannot comprehend the entitlement. This woman helps pay a chunk of mortgages, and sets aside college funds, and even pays out of pocket to take the family on a massive vacation, and the absolutely STORM that follows that blazes on through for 3 years... Just insane. Well wishes to OP and her faimly, hopefully things calm down.
Yeah once you get over 1mill in assets, money starts to become more of a hassle than it is worth. My family has some farm land that we rent. It's worth 1-2mill, but the rent is only an extra 24k per year (about 12k after property taxes). It is nice passive income that makes my father's retirement easier, but some people don't understand that "assets" and "liquid assets" are very different things. Like yeah, we have 1million+ in land, but you cannot just buy whatever you want because chopping down the "money tree" is quite stupid.
Wow, those people are crazy. I agree and am happy OP saw that she was being too gentle with them all and let herself get stepped on. The crappy people need more jail time and I have no doubt that SIL does want OP gone now, she hasn’t learned anything and wants revenge. Hopefully OP and her family are ok now
I feel bad for OP, her husband and children. They don't deserve those idiots as family. I'm happy OP and husband stood up to the rest of the family. I also feel bad for her cousin who lost his daughter. He and his wife worked so hard to keep her alive and well and that uncle was hella selfish to lie about testing negative when he knew damn well that covid could unalive the daughter. The cousin and wife need therapy and also if they can go after that uncle legally cuz that's so messed up.
If OP see’s, I hope and pray that the good karma you’ve been putting in the world, comes back ten fold! You deserve nothing but love, respect, and health.
Bruh, when I heard about the sick daughter, it broke my heart, I don't have any children, nor am I planning to have any, but I can't imagine losing a child.
I'm an hour into the video. I'm usually the type of person who likes a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors who keep to themselves, but this shit show sounds fun to watch.
The people who are blaming the op and her husband for everything can only blame themselves and their greed. Greed is 1 of the 7 deadly sins and the fact they have the audacity to demand more money when they literally have their own jobs is ridiculous.
Why do they all say “share, you won’t miss it”…first, it’s not the relatives money and secondly, they would miss it. If they gave away their money, then they would no longer have it…and where would the relatives be then?
When you gotta watch this whole saga in 2 parts..... my god this woman has been through the shit... what the entire he'll! Could you imagine this as a movie?
I laughed and cried throughout this whole telling. The nicknames made me smile and chuckle. I'm so sorry for everything this family had to go through. I come from a crappy family and have an abusive X, the X a hole is what I like to call him. All my red flag alarms went off at the 1st mention of EC. I'm glad his ex got away and seemed to be doing well
Holy shit.. I'm only midway thru and I am TRIPPIN' on how much had happened since I last heard this story. And also trippin' on how lost I am with the names 🤣🤣
As my great grandmother always said "Neither a borrower nor a lender be; For loan oft loses both itself and friend, and borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry" to be honest i dont know why she worded like that but it did stick with me lol
This story is a roller coaster ride. I don’t even know where to begin, and it’s obvious the family members who harassed Op for money are genuinely disgusting the SIL and her husband are just as bad, their entitlement thinking they have any grounds to have that money. I picture this as a snowball, it keeps getting bigger and bigger until there’s nothing stopping it. Op has nerves of steel.
I only saw this story up to the point of OP refusing the 35k, so basically the beginning. I had no fucking idea, there were 2 hours worth of this shit.
And this is why you don’t give money are pay for things to your other family members….all other family members that haven’t talked to you for years will come and hound you for money……take care of yourself and your own self made family
OP should have turned around to everyone and said, "I hope you're all happy. There will be no money coming to any of you because it's all gone on lawyers, medical bills, moving etc. Thanks to you we don't have any more money. Goodbye!" Of course, they don't need to know if it's true, but man, the amount this poor lady must have paid on legal fees makes me cry. This family is absolute sh8t.
I’m like halfway through the video, and my god it just keeps going. The SIL really just doesn’t know when to give up, she’s destroying her own life and she can’t even see it. It’s kinda sad.
The most frustrating thing about this story is that, SIL could have had everything she wanted if she was just nice and respectful towards op but she decided not to
I knew I should've downloaded this a month ago and listened on one of my longer flights. Oh well never too late. I’ve heard the initial story but all the updates are new to me and holy hell some people truly are horrible
off topic: does anyone else like to watch the video and watch the MC chat? Idk why, but it always makes me laugh. "I fell." "Give me back my beds. NOW"
Oh my gosh yes XD I'll be listening to the story and looking at the video to see so much going on in the MC gameplay. This was the only thing I actually enjoyed about this story. I feel so bad for this family :C
People always think this couldn’t happen in their family, but you never know what they’ll do for the chance at money. Secretly rich, lottery winner, and inheritance will shake loose the entitled to ask for or demand money.
Since you've given me charity before, you should give me more because you can Im sorry but I personally have a list of people Im willing to help and she wouldn't be one of those.. to have that audacity?
I personally believe that wealthy family members should help poorer ones. But I don't believe its an obligation. I think not helping when you can sort of makes you an AH, but at the same, don't give money to entitled peopple. Only to kind people.
This is not a family........this is straight out of devil's book story ........just because someone has money more than u ....u can't ask or DEMAND for it ......
I can understand why some people can't believe this story. It's too crazy to absorb and the stupidity of the two who went to jail is simply unacceptable
wow to the whole thing..but I would like to know what you did to generate all that money, and here I thought I was good budgeting and I'm not..lol but honestly, what I want to do is to pay for my mom's house..maybe give me some input .. wish the op and family the very best.
I've heard of maybe half of this story a while back and I thought F ME this is bad poor OP but now HOLY MOFO ING HELL op is sooooo strong to put up any if this the whole thing is just ridiculous to the point it is just stupid.....I hope it never happens again for the family involved.....well done op for doing what you have to protect your family.
op if you ever read this comment
good luck to you and your family
If someone paid off our mortgage, I would wake up every day at 5am to buy groceries and come to their house to cook breakfasts. Then clean the whole place and go to work.
I was just thinking the same thing 😂😂😂. Breakfast in bed forever.
Oh that person would never need to cook or clean for about 20 years. Me and my wife would be beyond grateful
That poor girl that died because of her uncles carelessness 😢 finally had a chance to get better and he ruined it because he was bored. How selfish can you be
wild. imagine someone pays off your mortgage and gives your kids college and you demand more. just... wow bro.
Greed knows no bounds, like an endless abyss they take and take and take until they they end up taking themselves
Crazy it's never enough😑
Ridiculous!
entitlement is insane
I struggle to accept being offered a snack at someone's house. The very concept of demanding 35,000 is so incredibly foreign to me 💀💀💀💀
Moral of the story; if you have money, don’t tell anyone.
The same greed for money in a small scale, somebody has a small business with with a good car and a decent house. To shut up the family she told them that the car is from the "job"😂😂😂, even thought it was hers.

Yeah, it does seem like every few months something else happens.
I hope that OP finally gets to live a peaceful life.
Gold stars for anyone who finished the whole video. Gooooodness. ✨⭐️ ✨
@@samanthanicolecontreras8674me 🙋I listened to it like an audiobook throughout the entire day of school to finish it
All this is because one woman wanted a free vacation? Damn that snowballed quickly.
Lots of cops I know have told me stories of how much people destroyed everything for the most petty of things...
The police and lawyer all have their field days and donut breaks with this family.
I hope OP is always safe and sound
When people say "Sharing is caring", "Family should share", etc., I always say "Remember that on your wedding night."
😂😂😂

Little girl? She was 21
@fl-ri-
That still too young, she barely started her life. And from the looks of it, she might have been in hospital since she was teenager.

I've heard this before but whenever it pops up again I listen, it's one of my favourite sagas.

They still didn’t ask anything and jumped to attack

OP: EC met froufrou
ME: cant be that bad with a name like that.
OP: froufrou is cane corso
ME:......he's f*cked.

Yipes. Folks, if there's anything to glean from this, NEVER tell anyone you're rich. They'll eat you alive.
Frfr, i would move and change identity
I hate how people say 'oh well rich people have it soooooo ez' when some if not most get used and manipulated

If i won the lottery i wouldn't tell anyone but there would be signs.
Makes grilled cheese with smoked sharp cheddar instead of Kraft singles.
Yees!! When my husband got a big raise last year my first thought was literally "we can buy the fancy cheese now!" 😂
This is exactly how you'll know for me too... Id be buying the fancier stuff 😂
Same, and with slightly fancier bread.
That is why you have be careful who you are helping.
What an absolute rollercoaster. Good luck OP.
“My work.” I bet he won the lottery. Either way, no one is entitled to it. They were more than generous!
Damn never seen a vid go this far into the aftermath. Really nice to see

Damn, this is a better advertisement for Ring cameras than any commercial.
I knew that youngest nephew was gonna blow his college fund.
This is by far the craziest story I've ever heard on Reddit
I should be working rn but the reddit story the length of an Avengers movie calls to me.
OP should have turned around to everyone and said, "I hope you're all happy. There will be no money coming to any of you because it's all gone on lawyers, medical bills, moving etc. Thanks to you we don't have any more money. Goodbye!" The cane corso part is an hilarious plot twist hahaha
This video is so long. I almost thought it was a movie. Hey, that’s a good idea.😊
Gotta love how many multimillionaires chronicle their soap opera lives on Reddit
This story felt all over the place. Especially when she made her investments. I don’t think the story is fake though
I’m like halfway through the video, and my god it just keeps going. The SIL really just doesn’t know when to give up, she’s destroying her own life and she can’t even see it. It’s kinda sad.
“Update: the end… or so we hope” there’s still 21 minutes left, it never ends
I outright laughed at the cane corso plot twist
The most frustrating thing about this story is that, SIL could have had everything she wanted if she was just nice and respectful towards op but she decided not to

How entitled is this family thinking they are entitled to some else money like if you don’t work for what you want
