mf started saying that he is not feeling talkative but still yapped like always 😂this channel is such a comfort zone for me man love you sam these videos are great
Well yea lol. Any good training plan involves deliberate rest as that's when the actual adaptations happen, but damn near every successful method of training involves periods of training with some amount of accumulated fatigue. The quote should mean to continue working your plan through those periods and not allow fatigue to cloud your judgment and have you wrongfully second guess a well laid out plan, (I know you more than likely already understand this but felt like typing out my knee jerk thought)
Coming back to this video after watching it a week ago to say; I implemented the heavy band mobility work Sam described and it massively improved the feeling of my shoulders going into snatches and then again clean and jerks a few days later. Huge thank you as always to my favorite UA-cam channel
What makes you decide whether you got enough reps or not at 19:50? I thought all that really matters is that you can close to failure for the hypertrophy stimulus (since youre in a volume phase)
Hey Sam, I have a decent bit of reverse Nike curve action on all my presses, I feel like I'm always choosing between a high touch point or strong elbow angle. I remember you did a video on the topic a while ago but I can't seem to find it, any basic mobility routines I can jam in between my warmups or even outside the gym to help that specifically?

Someone out there would give everything they have to do it tired. Do it uninspired. Do it when you think you shouldn’t. Do it.
Or just rest lol. Running yourself into the ground isn't a good strategy.

Mitchell Hooper shows that Work Capacity is something Pro Athletes need
I feel the same way having bigger biceps is cool and all but the process of getting stronger is much more exciting
Would love to see you showcase a lot of your preparatory/warmup work before sessions and your rationale behind using them
My man just dropped one of the most simple yet empowering quotes imaginable and most people won't even recognize that 🤯

Watching this as I skipped legs today and am eating 3 sandwiches with lots of mayo.
That is a nice hat.
it depends on whether the fatigue is mental or physical because for mental fatigue lifting is the cure
