As ridiculous as how Donald's armor looks compared to Mickey's, IMO it's more practical in gameplay. At full power, Donald can stun all enemies on the screen and he could easily float in water bottomless pit area.
You do know that it isn't possible to play through the main game in two player, right? The first Magical Quest does have a multiplayer mode, which I made a video of, but it is only minigames.

That's interesting, especially since he was given that armor because his rear is too big to fit into the regular armor.

It was actually released for the super famicon before being ported to the gba. It was only released in Japan so it never got a Super Nintendo release.

The blacksmith said that his rear is too big to fit the regular suit of armor, requiring him to wear the barrel, which would fit better.😂
