I am so glad to see Picka seems to be doing okay. I don't know a thing about bringing good luck in, cleaning fairies, glowing faces. I do think cleaning and organizing is good protection against stress and high blood pressure. Sadly, I have so many articles and printouts for my work that it is hard for me to ever fully get ahead of it. But I am happy and my work goes well so I cannot complain. I am so tired tonight. I must go sleep. Wishing you and your family all the best!!!

Loved your update. I am also currently organising and decluttering. We are having kitchen renovations so i am going through everything in the kitchen! and polishing saucepans etc Clean and organised has me more energised and less stressed. We have 40 degrees today and tomorrow! so hot where i live in Australia, i spend these hot days in front of the air conditioner studying my french or reading, my kids like to watch a movie or swim in our pool.

Hi! Thank you for letting me know your life in Australia. Wow, 40 degrees!? That's too hot! Of course your kids want to stay in your pool. I assume the water temperature is like hot spring😂. Polishing saucepans sound really authentic! What kind of dish do you cook with them?

¡Hola querida Tomomo! Thanks for the video, always so interesting.
We were happy to see Picku, he seems a little more recovered and with an appetite, and also Momiji looking for a ray of sunshine, both of them always so cute.😼😺❤
These days in Madrid it is very sunny with beautiful blue skies...we don't turn on the heating during the day, we only turn it on to sleep...a great saving thanks to the sun, although it has to rain and the gray days will return, so we must take advantage of these precious days.
Regarding food, we also use the leftovers, we never throw food away...we liked seeing your alien sandwiches, 👽they looked great.
In Spain they have raised the price of food a lot, especially olive oil, which has become very expensive, a litre costed about 4.50 euros and now it costs 14 euros, in a few months... it´s crazy, because in Spain we use this oil a lot...everyday.🥺
About the way that Japan people deal with earthquakes / tsunamis, it is something that is worthy of admiration to our western eyes... I remember last years I read a book about it, it was a novel by an Italian writer who lives in Japan and the novel tells the story of several characters who lost loved ones in the 2011 tsunami, it talks about a telephone box that survived entirely in a devastated area and that people went there to "talk" to their loved ones to be cured, do you know that story? It appears that the cabin is protected and can be visited, the name is Bell Gardia Kujirayama in the Namiita coast.
The novel in question is by Laura Imai Messina and is titled in the English version: The Phone Box at the Edge of the World, in Spain, the version that I read, the name is more poetic for me, “las palabras que confiamos al viento” (the words we entrust to the wind)
About the weekend, we will go for a walk in Madrid capital, I want to stop in Uniqlo to see if I can find something from the collection that Anya Hindmarch made with Uniqlo, I like Anya's things but they are very expensive...so if there is I have a chance to find somethig.🤞
We send you a big hug Tomomo 🥰 also for your husband and children and a little love for the kittens.
Take care of yourselves, until next time, with love, Juan Carlos and Silvia.😘😘😘

      Hola! Silvia and Carlos♡
Thank you for writing me again. As always, I really enjoyed reading your message!
Picku and Momiji are doing well, actually they are both girls😻😻.
Wow, I can't believe that you have to pay 14 euros for the olive oil! They are essential for you (it's like soy sauce for us right?)
And, about the telephone in Iwate prefecture is very famous.
The telephone's name is "The Wind phone" in Japanese.
There are many people who cannot express their sadness because they feel there are others who are suffering more.
So, the telephone save many people who lost their loved ones.
I didn't know about the book! I found the English version on Amazon!
I want to try to read it.
Did you find anything nice in Uniqlo?
      I haven't been there for a while.
Since I live in countryside (as you know well😂), I often buy clothes through online.
Have a great week, Silvia and Carlos!
And I am really looking forward to talking with you in the next one!
      Love ♡ とももtomomo
