Oh my Lord, this looks devine!! New sub here and I am a HUGE fan of heavy pots to cook in the oven. I cant wait to try this very clever money saving idea using turkey necks. I love the energy and cant wait to see more videos. Have a beautiful day and stay AWESOME!!!

Looks delicious! Would y’all recommend sweating a yellow onion before the pot goes in the oven? Tryna turkey necks as oxtail for the first time. Thank you ☺️

When they discover how we can make the turkey necks taste like oxtails, they're gonna jack up the prices on those as well

You should use Smoked Turkey necks about $1 more per pound but soooo much better and you dont have to use salt

I feel you on that but, I only like using the smoked turkey necks as seasoning for veggies and other meals. I see a lot of people eat them as a meal though. They're definitely good. Happy New Year and thanks for watching and commenting.

Oh wow i love me some oxtails and we have them twice a month. They are expensive as heck. This seems like an amazing alternative, especially since im cutting beef and pork out my diet. I have never seen them cut up like that. I added Lipton soup because like you said its my go to so i keep it on deck! I found it was a bit thin so i just added some cream of mushroom which was great.Didnt use the traditional bell peppers i was being lazy. I did however use my zatarains dry red & green dehydrated peppers...yum! This year will be my first time making Thanksgiving dinner. We dont like used my the whole turkey so im doing turkey necks and turkey wings.Thank you so much.❤

So, too heavy with salt and would have looked so great if browned in a little oil before placing in oven.
