- Use two opposing cables, one that is placed low and the other placed high, both with single hand stirrups. Grasp hold of the high pulley with one hand and then grasp the low pulley with the other hand. Place your legs in a split stance, with your rear heel up (toes just on the floor) and your front foot being the same side as the hand holding the low pulley. Pull the low stirrup up and back, squeezing between your shoulder blade and press the other down, working your chest muscles. Control back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions
Tip: Your core will be challenged throughout this exercise as the opposing movements work your stabilising muscles.
