I want to challenge you with this squat hold exercise. Try to keep your squat hold for as long as you possibly can. My score was 1 minute and 18 seconds. Can you beat me? Good Luck!
I did it 5minutes and I am 16 now
damn bro nice, im 15 ill try to get to that point i can barely get to 3 mins
squatting all the way down like a baseball catcher is easier. He's doing it right. That's the toughest angle. When I do it my knees start quivering. He was not quivering. I'm sure he can go longer.
Agreed atg is easier but he should be below parallel

more weight and less repetitions means more potency
so if i want to have more explosive power instead of resistance what do i do?
Do you do it for sports? If you're doing any martial arts I'd recommend jumping squats

I have done 2min without practise i can show it on my channel with proper form
Did this at football and i and three others were able to make it to a min

If you want extreme do it 50x a day
