    I want to challenge you with this squat hold exercise. Try to keep your squat hold for as long as you possibly can. My score was 1 minute and 18 seconds. Can you beat me? Good Luck!

    squatting all the way down like a baseball catcher is easier. He's doing it right. That's the toughest angle. When I do it my knees start quivering. He was not quivering. I'm sure he can go longer.

    I can do max 1 min as of now. Does this increase muscle size ? It does make the legs sore.

    more weight and less repetitions means more potency
    so if i want to have more explosive power instead of resistance what do i do?

    I do these with perfect form till failure holding weights in my hands straight out parallel to the ground. Fuck Ya life!!!

    My last squats was close it was 1:12:45
    My new Squats was not even close 50:36
