- Burpees are a huge trend in every fitness class and at the gym, however not everyone knows how to do them safely and correctly. In this video we teach you the 101 of the burpee and provide four variations for all levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced! That was not a correct burpee. Go back and learn how to do it correctly b4 you try n teach it to others. Geez...
