Those count based exercises basing on time. Like someone I saw had their workout plan for push ups as 30 seconds a set or something like that. That's what is bothering me in which way can I get better results.

If your gym has a floor that looks like basketball court material get some paper towels and put one each on both shoes and just slide your feet up. You don't have to work about lifting your feet up just focus on bringing your knees up.
Great video really good for targeting the muscles but either way it’s harder to do it properly overweight and if your to ashamed to go outside and run the first 2 ways will still help you lose weight very efficiently you burn a lot of calories doing this exercise wrong or right and you can always run in place if you don’t feel like you can do it right

The first one is called a knee drive, but if you can bring the knee through your hands it isolates the abs more. The second one looks kinda odd.
