  • These vegetables have the ability to ignite cleansing and healing abilities within the body.
They protect against viral explosion, stave off a variety of cancers and are good for lung health. Every one of these vegetables (the Cruciferous family) stimulates the growth of lung tissue and they pull out radiation from the thyroid that happens from dental and medical exposure.
    Rich in B vitamins, vitamin A, C, E, and K
Red Cabbage - one of the most rejuvenating foods for the liver and can reverse scar tissue in liver.
You can combine in a food - red cabbage, apple, garlic and tahini and chop
fine to use in wraps or serve over your steamed leafy greens.
Note: Apples and Red Cabbage together are good for getting rid of bacteria, viruses,
worms and parasites from liver, spleen and intestinal tract.
Kale - its anti-inflammatory compounds help destroy viruses and its phytochemicals help stimulate
healthy cell growth and connective tissue. Good against aches and pains.
Collard Greens - has anti-bacterial properties. Steaming collards or adding them to a soup draws out
medicinal properties and when you consume them, these properties travel through
your body acting like an antibiotic.
Collard Greens and Pumpkin seeds are both rich in zinc (which we need during
cold, flu, and viruses. Together the zinc's from these two foods combine and are
more bioavailable for maximum absorption and use by the body. What I do is dry
roast the pumpkin seeds and grind them in a bullet or blender and sprinkle on
    steamed Collards - so good.
Cauliflower - Good for thyroid and endocrine system. Eating raw is best. If you combine cauliflower
and sea veggies together, then you create a powerful detox tool to help expel toxins like
fluoride, radiation and chlorine from the body.
Broccoli - is like a multivitamin for the body. It enhances the whole body and the entire immune
    system.
Brussel Sprouts - have 10 times the nutrition found in green cabbage. They help lower bad
    cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.
Green Cabbage - it is great for supporting the joints and reversing osteoporosis.

I am genuinely learning. I wasn’t raised eating vegetables and fruit, so I often have to look things up. Thank you!

Hi Wendy I don't think we have ravb in the uk, what is it. I don't think I can get hold of much. Can you list the veg below. Did Bree have to take medicine from the doctor at all? If its to upsetting you don't have to reply. I must order one of your recipe books soon.
Can you add the link again please. Thanks Stacy
