He seems to be (presumably based on the evidence or lack thereof) unconvinced of his guilt. And he might be right. Police botch cases so many times or frame innocent people, criminally charge the wrong people, etc., etc., that you can't trust any single episode of these crime shows at all necessarily. And brainwashed juries literally only see and consider the evidence which the police and DA's prosecutors have provided for them.

I had a cold one with Randy Kraft. There's a handful of us missed targets out there. in '82 I was dumb enough to try and thumb a ride up the hill and ole Randy pulled up, this was in Dana Point, CA. He said there's a cold one under the (passenger's) seat, I reached down, found the pack and pulled out a Corona and cracked it open. Took a sip, that was his MO. He seemed really interested in me and wanted to just drive around DP and drink some beers and talk. But I said, welp, here we are THANX, he again asked if I wanted to drive around and party a little bit but I had a party to go to on Alcazar. He was miffed but let me out

Randy Steven Kraft is still alive and well in prison aged 79.
The messed up thing is there was so many active serial killers in the same area at the same time.
Patrick Kearney, a suspect in a series of killings of young men known as the "Trash Bag Murders", surrendered to Riverside Police in July 1977. He subsequently confessed to the murders of 28 boys and young men, many of whom he had also discarded along freeways in southern California. Although Kraft is also known to have dismembered some of his victims, Kearney invariably killed his victims by shooting them in the temple. In addition, Kearney discarded the majority of his victims' bodies in trash bags. Although primarily known as the Trash Bag Murderer, Kearney is also known as the Freeway Killer.
In 1980, William Bonin and four known accomplices were arrested for a series of killings known as the "Freeway Murders," which displayed a markedly similar disposal method to those committed by Kraft. Bonin is also known to have tortured his victims, although he never plied his victims with alcohol or drugs. In addition, although he is known to have stabbed some victims' genitalia with a knife and one victim to death, Bonin never mutilated their bodies, and almost all of his victims were strangled to death with their own T-shirts. Moreover, the majority of Bonin's victims were younger than those of Kraft, with the age range of his victims being 12 to 19 years.

It’s a tragedy that Kraft guy is still living after all these years. Surely, the innocent young men he killed in such a brutal way, cry out for justice. While Randy plays cards in prison. Usually I don’t approve of death penalty - but this case deserves it. Absolutely. But as he is 79 now , it’s almost a moot prospect at this point.

Bundy i think she was the actual killer , yes he played a part but how the victims were murdered was just like how she murdered her ex country singer boyfriend cut off his head the same as the young girls . Why the girls were young pretty everything she was not , so she hated that he wanted them and not her just like every guy she ever had . She was molested by her father these girls had loving fathers so she wanted them to feel her pain when they found the weapons and she knew right where they were , but he shouldve charged also but i think she was the killer

Back in the early and mid-70s I was all over Los Angeles in my bike I guess everybody was back then I mean there was a lot to explore but you had to be careful and everybody understood that because serial killers we’re on the move in Los Angeles.
I always carried a knife and if I didn’t have one, I’d walk into a grocery store and get the biggest knife I could find
Put it under my shirt and go about my business.
Night time was usually preferred for serial killers to go on the hunt, but some didn’t mind the bright light from the sun.
Bodies or a body would be found in the same area and same night that I had rode my bike through .
There are literally hundreds of active serial killers in the United States right now .
There are people being killed all over the United States every day for no apparent reason, and with no suspect to tie them to

I'm a bit surprised to read your comment OP, I thought the US would have at least similar numbers of street cameras as we do over here. Although people complain over here that there are too many cameras poking in to people's privacy. But like you say, when looking for suspects or victims' movements it can be crucial. Like for example, the poor lass who was kidnapped, assaulted and murdered by a met police officer, it was street and bus cameras that caught the guy red-handed putting the woman in his car.

That would be Gerald and Charlene Gallegos, who I've come to find out did lot more damage than previously thought, possible 3 other victims that are unconfirmed but the Gallegos methodology fits with the victims and their active time line.
It was first believed that rhonda scheffler and kippi Vaught were the first victims in sept. 1978. Actually it looks like Cheryl Wyant was their first victim in may of 1978, then Sandra butler June of 1978, rhonda and kippi were next in sept 1978, and then Kerry Graham and Francine Trimble in Dec. 1978, followed by Brenda Judd and Sandra Colley in June 1979 and Stacey Redican and Karen chipman-Twiggs in April 1980, next was Linda Aguilar, Virginia Mochel, Craig miller and Mary Elizabeth sowers by the first of November 1980. 14 victims in all not 11 as previously thought by police who just recently confirmed that Sandra butler was one of the Gallegos victims even tho her body has never been found as well as Cheryl Wyant's body.
