My 3 year old grandson insisted upon joining me for this practice. For 20 minutes he hung in there (including alternate nostril breathing). After that I gave up as you can imagine the mischief he found. This morning I snuck out to do my practice by myself and guess who found me. I was told that he wanted to do “yoda” with me every time.

Hi Tim - Love the classes - I've been doing a rigorous Baptiste practice for 15 years but stopped during the covid and lost a lot of strength - your classes have been just what I needed to get back in the power and flow. Love the thought and care that goes into each pose and transition. Even with all my experience I learn something new about my body each class. The chill vibe is bonus too given all the stressors and challenges we are all facing. Namaste.
I appreciate your sense of humor mid-session like how to pronounce "diaphragm". I also appreciate you speaking to me - a runner with super tight hips and hamstrings - to be ok with that and not try to be a pure yoga. I think that's why I love pigeon pose hip openers so much even though I'm so "bad" at them!

This was exactly what I needed. I'm going through some pretty big life challenges right now and am at a fork in the road. It's hard not to fixate on that non-stop. This practice helped me focus on the poses. I love the part about not letting your mind wander and how focus would strengthen my poses. It worked. And my mind was calmer for the first time in 5 days.
Also my cat always comes to my mat during your videos. She does up dog underneath my down dog...and it's pretty fantastic 😂

After the third try, I was finally able to finish this routine. This workout brings good memories to me. The first time I did it, I was on a wooden balcony overlooking the beautiful Bacalar lagoon in Mexico! Definitely one of my happy places! Thank you Tim!

Well done Tim. This practice really resonated. I'm now through both your 30 day challenges. The athlete insight speaks directly to me as well. Thanks to you I'm discovering a whole new dimension to my fitness. I would describe it as a deeper source of power. I'm using the word power because it's more than strength, there are components of flexibility, breath and focus. Sounds totally cliche ... but it carries across all activities - skiing, soccer, running, golf, and work etc. BTW good work on keeping your breath steady and talking through that practice. Word.

Hi Tim, I really enjoyed this video! Great longer yoga class, not too fast, not too advanced, not too easy, not too slow. Just right length, time, difficulty and challenge for me to start my day! I appreciate all your instructions and what to watch out for - even after following the same class a couple of times I still notice new things that you point out and that I feel in my postures.
