Such great queuing Tim. Thank you. In doing your classes online every day for nearly 2 years, and now revisiting this amazing Quarantine Challenge for the second time since March, I can feel that in 8 months the core is stronger and can do the inversion at the wall! Such great reminders to open, lengthen and strengthen, the correct way. So grateful to you and the practice. 🙇♀️🙇♀️🙇♀️

I felt my shoulders open up. My right shoulder has had chronic pain for a while now, not enough to stop me, but enough to be a bother. I love these videos so far, incredible flow. Been doing yoga for 10+ years and really happy to have finally found you, Tim! Thank you for sharing

Yes, this Day 2 was great. I thought the use of the straps with the arms, and then the reminder, without the straps, was an excellent cue.
Rotators felt the burn - but boy oh boy so did the hips! Thanks so much Tim!

Hi Tim! Thank you for your patient guidance and for taking the time to offer alternatives/modifications for the poses that need building. The strap, reminders of yesterday and stretches to reclaim my head’s position really helped taking off pressure on my neck 🙏

Love these 40 min routines. They are so intense and involved. I love how they make me feel afterward. Yoga with you is one of my fave parts of the day. It gives you so much strength, stamina and positivity to deal with all the challenges posed by the day ahead.

Hi Tim, thank you for your practise! I live in the UK in a little village surrounded by fields and woods. I wake at 6am with the birds (except Saturdays) to join you on the mat. From day one of lockdown you've met me every morning, kept me sane and re-ignited my love of yoga. My reading is now peppered with books on yoga. I'm really enjoying these practices. I feel like every day I learn valuable nuggets of important information that helps me to tweak my body into an, albeit miniscule expression of the pose....I'm nowhere near the handstand yet, but I feel stronger and humility is a big one...thank you Tim. You are an exceptional teacher!!

Thanks for this video. Was so happy to practice headstand as it's one of the inversions I'm able to do and it's quite exciting to balance in this pose. And I can observe that I'm getting better at "twisted half moon" which is my own personal challenge each time you propose to practice it. Feel so much better now after a long day at work. Energy is flowing freely again. I'm glad I pushed myself to do this tonight, even if it was already 9 pm. Thank you again for this challenge and for all the things you share with this community. Hi Tim, I'm so grateful that you are taking the time to lead us in classes during this crazy time. To your question, i do like the shoulder stretches; I can feel my shoulder blades turning on! Some of the poses were challenging, but I appreciate the challenge; it helps me practice humility (:)) and I hope gradually improve! :) And thanks for the silly chatter about cooking... made me smile and we all need smiles. now....

Hi Tim! Thank you so much for doing this. As soon as I saw that people were making online quarantine time workouts, I was hoping that you would do something like this. As the series goes on, it would be amazing to have these classes be 1 hr+ (similar to a class in a studio). Just subscribed to your conscious movement website, and would love to see a progressive course like the 30 day challenge, but similar in difficulty to these and a bit longer. All said, thank you again for these and looking forward to continuing!
