      jessica mosley shewman ...... they planned the whole thing. Those cowards removed the shackles themselves because they were planning on killing her in the back of the van to keep her from testifying against them. Her parents say she was in horrible physical condition ....why? You don't get in that kind of condition from a fall from 2 ft. off the ground. She was telling the truth about the rape, and these bastards knew it. This was all part of one big sleazy cover-up. They all should be in jail.

      I’m not saying she wasn’t pushed out of the car, but It’s almost impossible to tell at that distance if she was limp or not. And as soon as she hit the ground she’d have been knocked out. It’s not like the movies where people do a barrel roll & get up & run off.

I’m a Critical Care Paramedic & I can tell you that cars are heavy, tarmac is like a grater & is not forgiving at all when you hit. This story made me angry for the young woman who clearly was sexually assaulted, and then murdered. But the sadness hit extra hard, because I can see the daughter's face in her mother.

Is there a way for a police car to open the back door? This was murder by a group of corrupt police officers. That female corrections officer CANNOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. SHE MUST BE INDICTED, FOUND GUILTY AND SENTENCED TO LIFE RIGHT ALONG WITH THE MURDEROUS COPS WHO MURDERED HER THEN TRIED TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A SUICIDE. WE'RE NOT GOING TO ALLOW THIS. I SEE A MURDER HERE THE REAR DOORS DO NOT HAVE THE CHILD LOCK ACTIVE IT IS DISCONNECTED ON EVERY ONE AND THE DOOR CAN ONLY BE OPENED FROM THE OUTSIDE. YOU CANNOT ESCAPE HAND FEET AND WAIST CUFF BELTS. MY OPINION.

    • @dericksmith2137
      @dericksmith2137 3 роки тому +2

      Of the 6 decommissioned cop cars bought by my nephew, the child lock lever DOES NOT WORK. It has been disconnected from the inside. (With the inner door panel off, it can be easily hooked back up. But not with the door panel on with a closed door)
      Otherwise every criminal being placed into th3 back of a patrol car would only need to ‘bump/flip’ the latch.
      Even when I’ve seen a 3rd cop sitting in the back, one of the front seat cops had to let the back seat cop out.

  • @rock_the_red4112
    @rock_the_red4112 3 роки тому +1

    So let me see if I understand this....
    1. She blew the whistle on two cops, 1 male and 1 female, that had sexually assaulted her.
    2. During transport to the hospital, where tests would have been done...even for 'touch DNA', on the way to where she would have been getting help...she, the confined inmate...
    - slipped her handcuffs
    - slipped her padlocked belly restraint
    - slipped her ankle cuffs
    And finally, opened a police vehicle door from the inside and threw herself...oh sorry, "jumped" to her death.
    That about sum it up?
    Yeah. No. This woman was suicided. She was flat out murdered.
    Where are the cameras from inside the transport? As a former Corrections Officer, I know for a fact that ALL transport vehicles have multiple interior cameras.
    Either French and the female cop personally murdered her...and other cops were involved. Or some other cop threw her from the back of that transport vehicle.
    Every single person that watched this video should call bomb that PD and demand justice. This woman was blatantly and obviously murdered.

    She would have NO REASON to think that she would think that she could open the police car from the inside. Then why would she "pick" her handcuffs AND anklecuffs AND waist restraint all the while not being seen by the cops in the seat in front of her(it wasn't a van, but an suv)? What are the odds that the one door in the one police car that the one magician inmate is riding in JUST HAPPENED TO BE UNLOCKED? ZERO. PERIOD. The lady cop who was in the transport IS LYING along with her co-passenger cop. We never heard if the woman cop in the transport was the same woman that assaulted her in jail or not. These are tiny jails. Safford is a SUPER TINY town with maybe 10-20 cops. This is systemic and these cops are a corrupt group covering each others crimes which I'd bet are MANY and across all kinds of illegal lines. THEY....NEED....TO....PAY!!!
