    Your videos look, feel, and sound like a bright summer day. Always put a smile on my face

      Thank you, Dan... Isn't that why we all do this? Putting smiles on people's faces...

    There was a mirror lake that we went to in Washington State over the summer, and it was cloudy that day so we didn't get much of a reflection. That waterfall looks pretty cool!

      Yeah, well, apparently you should go in the early morning when the wind isn't as bad... :D

    No wonder they call it Godzone! It's absolutely amazing scenery. One day we will make it to Fijordland! Loved the cheeky kea's trying to destroy your car!

    Love love love your end card.. I need to reinvent mine.. I felt so bad for you guys at the end with the rain, doesn't it rain a ton there? The waterfalls.. wow.

    • @SomedayMaybe

      Haha, well, I tried something new and somehow I really do like it :) Yeah, it does rain a lot there which also makes it so beautiful, but it was just soooo cold :D

    I always look forward to your videos! :) I'm pretty much going to copy your trip... if I ever happen to get married and go on a honeymoon, lol. Doesn't get any better than hiking through those beautiful landscapes!

    How about Milford? So sweet. I just did an overnight kayaking trip in Doubtful Sound and it was bloody incredible even though it rained the entire time!

    • @SomedayMaybe
      @SomedayMaybe  7 років тому

      It's just so impressive, isn't it? We were too weak for the kayaking in the rain... :D But good for you :)

    At 4:19 the girl in the background is giving you a death glare, rofl!
    Beautiful as always. Those shots were definitely worth the cold and rain (well...from my perspective at home where I'm warm and dry they were lol).

      Hahaha, she is... :D oh well, that's the price you pay, isn't it :)
      Yes, I think they were worth it, I already forgot how bad it was as I'm all warm and comfy now... :D

    Wow. New Zealand is such a beauty! The waterfall looks so amazing! Sad that it was so cloudy during the cruise. I could literally feel how cold it was looking at you both shivering. Happy travels! :)

    What's that bird at 2:32? Looks a bit like a parrot, but with less colors haha. The hike was so nice! Reminds me a bit of Norway. And those waterfalls - WOW!!

    Hahaha, coffee standards can change quickly with a lot of bad coffee, right? :D Wow, the weather really is great! You filmed this in December? The waterfalls were so beautiful! I really want to go hiking now. Thanks for sharing! :)

      No, that was still in November... The waterfalls are amazing :)

    So beautiful guys! That hike looked great, sad we missed it! We found the Milford Sound cruise painfully wet and cold too, but so worth it for the beautiful views. And the free breakfast on the Go Orange cruise is a big bonus - that pretty much sold it for us! :-)

    • @SomedayMaybe
      @SomedayMaybe  7 років тому

      Oh yes, such a shame... But we only did that one down there. There are so many more treks to do...
      Yes, definitely worth it. We would've loved to do the tour with the kayak... But not in those conditions :) Haha, yes, it was the best value for money I think..

  • @FourDirtyFeet

    Could not help notice the healthy breakfast :) I must say, you two should get some compensation from the New Zealand tourism department. I am sure a number of people, like us, will want to visit NZ after seeing you beautiful vlogs. P.S What bird was snacking on your car?

      We have had it for six weeks, which was enough for us... Camping is great when it's warm but this was just a little cold :D

    Said it before, and will say it again. I love your camera. NZ is so gorgeous, how do you guys enjoy it in the campervan? Also, i;'ve been wondering for ages, is Tina also from Germany?

    • @SomedayMaybe
      @SomedayMaybe  7 років тому

      Haha, the 70d is awesome but so annoying to carry around.. Oh we are glad that the six weeks are over by now :D a bit more space is nice :)
      Haha, yes I am, why are you asking?

    How long is your trip? You've had the camper van for ages! Have you / did you run into any other travel vloggers in NZ? There are a fair few out there.

    • @SomedayMaybe
      @SomedayMaybe  7 років тому

      Haha, we had it for six weeks, which was faaaaar too long for us. We are not made for van life :D Somehow we really met quite a few people here, not necessarily vloggers but bloggers and even a colleague from Stefan. This world is frickin tiny... :D

    Yeah you guys did it in 2 1/2 hours because what did you do at the top? That's where you should linger and let it all sink in. You showed nothing of the top. The nature trail. Nothing.
