Kydex Inserts: Product Demonstration

This small addition to your load-out could save you money, as well as improve your game. The torque applied by inserts allow a normal M4 or similar mag pouch to also retain thinner magazines, such as Vector magazines and Stick magazines.
Once installed, they provide a springy quality to your pouches, keeping the mouth of the pouch open for when you need to stow your magazine back into its place.
Secondly, the tension created once the insert is installed holds you mag in place securely. Stowing a mag into a Kydex insert is akin to "clicking" the magazine in.
These inserts eliminate the need for cumbersome bungee cords to maintain magazine retention.
