Snow Plows At Work During Heavy Snowfall

- 2 Volvo Trucks and John Deere 6630 clearing both sides of the highway and a exit during a heavy snow fall that gave a total of 30-40 cm on the ground, which is rare for this time of the year. When the John Deere tractor was entering the highway exit, the plow hits a curb stone, but both driver and tractor survives and continues working. March 26th 2015, Oslo.
I like heavy equipment. The operator is a very good skill. Very good sound. Thank you from Japan.
I love the people who ride bikes in that weather....especially when there on the road geez.
man that deere took a shot when clearing that offramp
I remember this day. We came with the ferry from germany and all trucks must use chains. Chains in Oslo, the first time in near 20 years for me.
Great Vid!
Awesome job these guys do, glad the guy was ok when he hit that curb in the tractor, that could have been bad.
jambocoo. It was bad, because there sure as hell wasn’t anything good about it.
Womyn snow plow too; don’t be a sexist misogynistic pig😡😡
@@80sDECADEshouldNEVERLEFT umm ok...
@@80sDECADEshouldNEVERLEFT shut the fuck up you pussy
Nice Volvo! 😘 👌
lol, Hi curb. that had to of hurt let alone give him a nice headache.
I don't think I've ever seen a John Deere tractor plowing down a highway before
Watch farmer md , he is in maryland and plows roads for the county or township on a contract basis. Uses a jd tractor and a case ih tractor along with his pickup truck.
Great coverage of the snow plows and those couple of bangs must have hurt.
I bet they get lots of them on their route
***** Thank you!! Yes, I think he felt that bang inside the tractor and it could possibly destroy his plow to. He was very lucky with that one!
The way everything is marked to help the ploughs, especially the curbs, I'm surprised that exit wasn't marked better.
1:30 :D:D:D:D
ahahaha dopice
Wake up call.
Your all the Vid are just amazing #being a Doctor I love to watch all #its so entertaining 😍
Thank you very much for your comment. Glad you like my videos.
This is makes me feel happy
Dang.....that jolt left a mark....
1:30 HIGHLIGHT
In Canada we call this 'Tuesday'.
And in scandinavia we call it every day
what do you call Monday then?
In Germany we call it apocalypse :D
In Russia we call this LIFE!!
Awesome system
Awesome video please upload more snowy removal videos
Thanks!! I can't do that at the moment, because we are still waiting on more snow.
@@Swanty32eMachineVideos OK thanks for the response
Awesome Video I Like!!!!
Robert Fahlström Takk for det! Ja, det ble en liten bråstopp der. Men heldigvis gikk det bra! =))
Omg that curb check. Glad he had the seatbelt on. Sheesh
I nearly put my head through the windshield of a wheel loader doing just that.
@@hudsonhawk0016 off. I have just plowed my forest road, but when there comes a lite road hole... Its not so funny after that...
1:56 nice, how they bury the side walk / bike lane ;-)
Marty nobody gives a shit about the bike lane!
Where were they meant to put it
nothing curbs like a deer!
meget bra klipp! Vi gjerne se mer :D
Tusen takk for det!! =))
Crews in IL could learn a thing or two from these crews.
1:31ale ukurwil hahahah😂🤣😂🤣😂
Love it when the John Deer tractor hit the off ramp. Bet it cause a lot of dam to both the concrete curve and the plow itself! And theses cars pasting the snow plows should be ticketed too!
A hit like that can pull the engine from the mounts, break bell housings, ect. He did not get off lucky. I would bet money something is tweeked either on the tractor or the plow.
The plow actually survived the impact, while the tractor had minor damage that they got fixed in time for the next snowfall.
When he hits curb lol
1:30 Fail! :D
+Phoenix CZ Maybe you should try to get a job as a plower and do it better then :)
Come on! That was a mistake of the driver, didn't mine! :)
+Phoenix CZ ive plowed for years, you cant see the beginnings of curbs like that, when there is an actual decent amount of snow
Andrew C It's a mistake from the plowing contractor. In Norway and other Nordic countries the government or the municipality that buys plowing services for public roads usually requires the plowing contractors to mark the edge of the road with snow poles in places where there are curbs, ditches or other obsticles to prevent crashes like this.
Although the plow driver might not be the one to blame here, but the company that he is working for is.
Idiot
Nice video man! I myself live in Norway, and i have never seen a Tractor plow the highway? Only trucks?
+Shitlock Thank you!!
+Shitlock Where i live local farmers often get hired to plow the nearby roads with their tractors.
+gunnar gunnarson yeah, same here. But i just thought it was strange they use the tractors on the highway, as these tend to go slow.
+Shitlock When they plowing the highway the speed is around 40 km/h.
yeah and when local farmers get hired to plow snow theiy only want to pay for their tractors. they arent even trying to profit from that and that lowers the prices and everyone else is in trouble cos they wont get their machinery to work...
Interesting image from min : 1:27
Why is this so satisfying?
Geiles Video!
1:30 is why they usually have springs on the bottom of plows
That's why you usually don't drive "edge out on curbs" so he should've switched the plough to the left side.
shut uppppppppp
Mildt sagt bråstopp! :O
Typ haha
Å i svarte!
Yeah that’s the stuff that breaks equipment you got lucky
Were is this
Oslo, Norway
Ok thx
that is a god video, watch MoDOT Tow Plows In Action it is defrent i think it is becose they have lot of KM to do
1:30 damn😂
I’d say, plowing during heavy snow fall.
Okay, I have edited the title and description 😉
Irriterer meg grønn over slikt slett arbeid..
Interesting
Can they plow me out sometime?
1:26 .... the word is .... bother !
THE LORD HIMSELF FINALLY SHOWED UP
Cool
1:30 😱😱
1:30 Autsch :/
Oof I felt that hit
Damn...
Tractor crash

a John Deer tractor contracted to clean up highways?? c'mon Norway,,you can do better than that!!
Yes, tractors are commonly used for plowing the highways in Norway. Farmers use their tractors to clear snow in the winter time when they can't plow the soil or saw. When it's snowing I'll almost only see tractors plowing the roads
+Swanty32e - Machine & Truck Videos From Norway well, not that there is anything wrong with it, it's a good piece of equipment, but limited for highways. In Quebec we have fleets of peterbuilts and white Western Star semi's with Ben's full of calcium.I guess I learned a new thing today. thank you for clarifying swanty32e
this is vehicle
@@stephanedufresne6168 can't do much better than a versatile tractor which can snowplough in the winter and do lot of other jobs during the year. Try get your big heavy peterbuilt around tight turns and roads and you'll wish you were driving anything else.
